Note: The competitor limit for this competition is 80 and it may be filled. If you register, your registration will be placed on a waiting list. It may not be approved unless a spot frees up.

Registration requirements for the competition:

Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.
If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition below.
There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ¥3,000 (Japanese Yen).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 1 guest.

参加資格 / Qualification

特別な参加要件はなく、年齢、性別、国籍を問わず参加申し込みが可能です。
ただし、種目ごとに制限タイムとカットオフが設定されています。
詳細は開催種目タブをご確認ください。

No qualification is required for your registration, but Time limit and Cutoff may be applied for each event. Please check Events Tab in detail.

参加申し込み / Registration

参加申し込みは本ウェブサイトにて行います。

参加費は会場での現金支払い制です。
参加費の詳細については下の参加費欄をご確認ください。

参加申し込みは先着順で承認されます。
この承認は実行委員会の手作業なので、数日の時間差が生じることがあります。

参加申し込み時点で定員に達していた場合はキャンセル待ちとなり、参加承認されない場合があるので予めご了承ください。
キャンセル待ち状態の方は、参加承認済みのどなたかがキャンセルした場合に先着順で承認されます。参加申し込み期間の終了後、この繰り上げ措置は行いません。

Participation fee must be paid in cash at the venue.

Your registration application will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Since this approval is a manual operation by the Organizing team, a slight time delay will exist.

Your registration will be added to the waiting list when the number of participants has already reached the limit. Registrations on the waiting list will be approved if any one of the accepted competitors withdraws themselves.
All competitors still on the waiting list after registration periods will be removed.

参加申し込みの内容変更・キャンセル / Changing or Canceling your Registration

参加申し込みの承認後に登録内容を変更したい場合（例：参加種目の追加、同伴者数の変更など）、または参加をキャンセルする場合は、お問い合わせフォームまで必ずご連絡ください。

If you would like to change your registration (e.g. changing events, number of guests) or withdraw from the competition, please contact to the organization team on inquiry form.

参加費 / Registration fees

1種目参加の場合：3,000円
2種目参加の場合：5,000円

In case of participation in one event：3,000 JPY
In case of participation in two events：5,000 JPY

キャンセル規定/ Cancellation policy

1. 参加承認後、参加申し込みの内容を変更する場合 / In case you want to change your registration detail after approved

申込期間内に限り登録内容の変更が可能です。
参加種目や同伴者数の変更がある場合は、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。

Change request is only valid during the registration period.
Please contact the organization team on inquiry form if you want to change the events you may participate in. we will reply individually on how to pay or receive the balance.

2. 参加承認後、参加をキャンセルする場合 / In case you want to cancel your registration after approved

キャンセルが決まり次第速やかにお問い合わせフォームにてご連絡ください。キャンセル料はいただきません。

Please contact us on inquiry form as soon as possible after you have confirmed your cancellation. There will be no cancellation fee.
