Staff:
We will make periodic announcements for help with judging, scrambling, and running. We ask that you volunteer to help the competition run smoothly. Fill out this form if you would like to get a staffing position. If you don't sign up, there is still a chance that you will need to staff at the competition.

Registration:
Registration will be $20 per competitor and must be paid through the WCA Stripe payment system prior to your registration being confirmed.

Walk-in registration will not be allowed.
Refund policy: If you are no longer able to make it to the competition, please contact us prior to August 31 for a refund.

Registration cost will also cover the price of pizza and water for lunch. Each competitor will get two slices of pizza and a water. For spectators pizza can be purchased at the door for $3.

There will not be a sponsor for this competition.

You can find your groups here as well as scramblers for each heat. To locate your group for each event, look at the bottom of the spreadsheet. There are different tabs. Click on the tab that correlates with the event you are looking for. Once on the tab, find your name and to the right of it will be the group number and if you are scrambling. If you have any questions, please contact one of us as soon as possible.
