För att ta del av rabatten är det bara att vara registrerad i SveKubs medlemsregister, sedan anmäler du dig som vanligt. Alla betalar fullt pris till att börja med, och vi betalar tillbaka 25% till de som är medlemmar. Vi verifierar medlemskapet och återbetalar rabatten vid två tillfällen, en gång 24 timmar efter att anmälan öppnat, och en gång när anmälan stängt.
I framtiden hoppas vi kunna ha ett något smidigare system, men anmälningssystemet kan i dagsläget inte ha olika anmälningsavgifter för olika personer.

Du kan också arrangera en tävling i din stad! Det enda kravet är att du har koll på en lokal som hade passat bra för en tävling. Det kan vara allt från matsalar, gymnastiksalar, bygdegårdar, folkets hus och klubb- eller samlingslokaler. Själva tävlingen kan pågå i bara ett par timmar på en vardagskväll eller en hel långhelg, du bestämmer. Därefter kan SveKub hjälpa till med det du inte kan eller vill göra själv, såsom tävlingsschema, budget och hemsida. Mer information om och hur det går till att arrangera en tävling finns här.

SveKub

This competition is organized together with SveKub.

As a member of SveKub, you always have a 25% discount on competitions. The membership is free, but is only available for Swedish citizens.
Read more about becoming a member on our website or become a member away.

To get the discount, you simply need to be registered as a SveKub member. After that, you register as normal and we will verify which competitors are members and which are not.
Everyone pays full price at first, and we will then refund 25% to members. We verify the membership and refund the discount at two occasions, once 24 hours after registration opens, and once when registration has closed.
In the future, we hope to have a slightly more convenient system, but the current registration system can not have different registration fees for different people.

Do you also want to organize a competition?

You can also organize a competition in your city! The only requirement is that you know a venue that would be suitable for a competition. It can be anything from canteens, sport halls, community centers and club or meeting rooms. You decide for how long the competition should run, anything from a couple of hours on a weekday to an entire weekend is a possibility. After that, SveKub can help with what you can't or don't want to do yourself, such as a competition schedule, budget and website. Kvalgränser

Till 2023 års Svenska Mästerskap kommer det finnas kvalgränser i grenarna 4x4x4 BLD, 5x5x5 BLD och 3x3x3 Multi-Blind. Dessa kvalgränser har vi varit tvungna att sätta så att så många deltagare som möjligt ska få möjlighet att tävla i grenen, samtidigt som vi försäkrar oss om att kunna arrangera grenen på ett bra sätt. Kvalgränserna listas nedan.

• 4x4x4 Blindfolded: De 16 anmälda deltagarna med bäst resultat när anmälningen stänger får delta.
• 5x5x5 Blindfolded: De 16 anmälda deltagarna med bäst resultat när anmälningen stänger får delta.
• 3x3x3 Multi-Blind: De 16 anmälda deltagarna med bäst resultat när anmälningen stänger får delta.

Detta innebär att de deltagare som inte är rankade tillräckligt högt när anmälan stänger den 25:a maj kommer få dessa grenar borttagna i sina anmälningar. Notera dock att det alltid minst krävs en godkänd lösning i att få tävla i grenen, oavsett hur många som anmäler sig.

Övriga grenar har inga kvalgränser och alla är välkomna att anmäla sig. Notera att det kan finnas cutoffs och time limits som reglerar om försök eller snitt får slutföras, mer information om detta finns under fliken Grenar.

Qualification Limits

For the Swedish Championship 2023, there will be qualifying limits in the events 4x4x4 BLD, 5x5x5 BLD and 3x3x3 Multi-Blind. We have had to set these qualification limits so that as many participants as possible will have the opportunity to compete in the event, while at the same time assuring us of being able to organize the events in a good way. The qualifying limits are listed below:

• 4x4x4 Blindfolded: The top 16 registered competitors as the registration closes are allowed to compete.
• 5x5x5 Blindfolded: The top 16 registered competitors as the registration closes are allowed to compete.
• 3x3x3 Multi-Blind: The top 16 registered competitors as the registration closes are allowed to compete.

This means that competitors who are not ranked highly enough when the registration period ends on the 25th of May will have their registrations for these events removed. Please note that a minimum of one success is always required to be allowed to compete in the event, regardless of how many sign up.

All other events are free from qualification limits, and everyone is welcome to register. Note that there may be cutoffs and time limits, which regulate whether or not you may finish your attempts. More information about this can be found under the tab Events.

Funktionärer

Arrangörsteamet kommer att behöva hjälp med vissa uppgifter före, under och efter tävlingen. För detta tar vi emot ansökningar från tävlande (eller erfarna gäster) som vill vara en del av ett "funktionärsteam" som hjälper de listade arrangörerna för Svenska Mästerskapen 2023. Blir du antagen får du hela din anmälningsavgift återbetald. Det blir i år två separata tjänster (och "team"), där det räcker att vara med på ett av dessa för att få anmälningsavgiften återbetald. Om du tror att du skulle passa bra för någon av dessa tjänster och vill hjälpa till att göra Svenska Mästerskapen 2023 ännu bättre så ska anmälan fyllas i innan anmälan stänger den 25:e maj. Kom ihåg att ju fler uppgifter du kan hjälpa till att genomföra, desto större chans att du blir antagen till teamet.

Förberedelse-team

Den huvudsakliga uppgiften är att ställa i ordning bord, stolar och tävlingsutrustning i tävlingslokalen. Detta sker mellan 17:00-20:00 på fredag kväll den 2:a juni. Efter det finns möjlighet att sova gratis på deltagarboendet natten till lördag då tävlingen börjar. Om möjlighet finns att hjälpa till att bemanna incheckningsbordet på lördag morgon (från 08:00) så är detta ett plus. Anmälan till detta team sker här.

Data entry-team

Den huvudsakliga uppgiften för detta team är att sköta datainmatningen under tävlingens gång. Det innebär att läsa av scorecards och skriva in dessa i WCA:s liveresultatprogram, WCA Live. Dessutom hjälper detta team till att bemanna incheckningsbordet från och med 08:00 på lördag morgon. Ytterligare, men mindre omfattande, uppgifter kan tillkomma efter hand. Staff

The organizing team will need help with certain tasks before, during and after the competition. For this, we accept applications from competitors (or experienced guests) who want to be part of a "staff team" that helps the listed organizers for the Swedish Championships 2023. If you are accepted, you will get your full registration fee refunded. This year there will be two separate main tasks (and "teams"), where it is enough to participate in one of these to get the registration fee refunded. If you think you would be a good fit for one of these positions and want to help make the Swedish Championships 2023 even better, the application must be filled in before the registration period closes on May 25th. Remember, the more tasks you can help complete, the more likely you are to be accepted into the team.

Preparation team

The main task is to arrange tables, chairs and competition equipment in the competition venue. This takes place between 17:00 and 20:00 on Friday evening, June 2nd. After that, there is the possibility to sleep for free in the competitor accommodation on the night before Saturday, when the competition starts. If you can help man the check-in desk on Saturday morning (from 08:00) then this is a plus. Registration for this team takes place here.

Data entry team

The main task of this team is to manage the data entry during the competition. This means reading scorecards and entering them into WCA's live results program, WCA Live. Additionally, this team helps staff the check-in desk beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Additional, but less extensive, tasks may be added as the competition approaches. Nya tävlande

Om det här är din första WCA-tävling, välkommen! Det är viktigt att du läser igenom alla flikar här på sidan, eftersom det finns mycket viktig information där.

Om du aldrig tävlat förut bör du ha med ett giltigt ID, till exempel ett pass eller körkort, för att intyga när du är född och din nationalitet. Om den tävlande inte har ett ID kan en förälder bekräfta dessa uppgifter.

På lördag innan 2x2 kommer vi demonstrera hur det går till att tävla, men vi rekommenderar starkt att du även kollar på den här videon så du bättre förstår hur det går till att lösa i tävling. Att läsa igenom denna guide är också en bra idé eftersom den visar det mesta man behöver känna till som deltagare.

Det är också viktigt att du läser igenom WCA-reglerna så du får en bättre förståelse för vilka olika tidsstraff du kan få på lösningarna, och hur du undviker dem.

Kom ihåg att du bara behöver vara i lokalen när du har någon gren att tävla i, men eftersom schemat kan ändras något under tävlingen rekommenderar vi att du är där minst 20 minuter innan din första gren.

Under hela tävlingen kommer du kunna se live-resultat från WCA Live, där kan du se vilka resultat du fick, och ifall du gick vidare till nästa runda.

New competitors

If this is your first WCA competition, welcome! Make sure to read through all tabs above as there is a lot of important information there.

If you've never competed before, you should bring a valid ID, for example a passport or driver's licence, to verify your birth date and nationality. If the competitor does not have an ID, a parent can confirm this information.

We will have a demonstration showing how the competing process works on Saturday before 2x2, but we highly recommend watching this video to get a good understanding of how solving in competition works. Reading through this guide is also a good idea since it shows most things a competitor needs to know.

It is also important that you read through the WCA Regulations so that you are aware of different penalties and how to avoid them.

Remember that you only need to be at the venue when you have an event to compete in, but since the schedule might change slightly throughout the competition, we recommend showing up at least 20 minutes before your first event.

Throughout the competition, you will be able to see live results from WCA Live, and there you can see what results you got and whether or not you proceeded to the next round.

Viktig info

Alla tävande ska ha läst WCA:s Regler. Deltagare förväntas känna till WCA:s reglemente innan man deltar på en officiell tävling. Reglerna finns även översatta till svenska, men tänk på att det är den engleska originalversionen som gäller om det skulle finnas några skillnader.

Vi kommer ha en deltagarintroduktion på lördag morgon för nya deltagare där vi går igenom hur det går till när man tävlar på en officiell WCA-tävling. Vill man redan nu få bättre koll på hur tävlingsproceduren går till, kolla då gärna denna video som visar detta på ett bra sätt. Att läsa igenom denna guide är också en bra idé eftersom den visar det mesta man behöver känna till som deltagare.

Du måste vara anmäld till tävlingen online för att få tävla! Du kan anmäla dig här.

Alla nya tävlande bör ha med ett giltigt ID. För att få tävla som ny deltagare måste du kunna identifiera dig själv och visa att den information du gav oss när du registrerade dig för den här tävlingen är korrekt. Ett pass är ett bra exempel på ett giltigt ID eftersom det visar all nödvändig information, såsom namn, nationalitet och födelsedatum. Om den tävlande är ung och inte har ett eget ID kan en vårdnadshavare verifiera att uppgifterna stämmer.

Du måste vara redo att tävla när din grupp startar Du behöver bara vara på plats i lokalen under de grenar där du planerar att delta. Du behöver dock vara på plats i lokalen senast 20 minuter innan din första gren ska börja, så du hinner fullfölja incheckningen, och för att vara på den säkra sidan ifall schemat påverkas något under tävlingen.

Fotografering med blixt är förbjudet i hela lokalen! Blixtar är störande för tävlande. Fotografering utan blixt är tillåtet.

Publik måste befinna sig 1,5 meter ifrån tävlingsstationerna och tävlingsområdet Annars finns risken att man stör andra tävlande eller tävlingsproceduren.

Man får inte prata om blandningarna innan man tävlat färdigt i pågående gren Annars finns risken att man blir diskvalificerad.

Håll koll på er e-mail Några dagar innan tävlingen kommer ni få ett deltagarmail där vi kommer ta upp diverse viktig information för deltagare att känna till. I detta mail kommer också eventuella ändringar sedan tävlingen annonserades tas upp. Om det finns annan information som vi snabbt måste kommunicera till deltagare så kommer detta också ske via e-mail, därför är det viktigt att ni håller koll på er e-mail regelbundet.

Important info

All competitors must have read the WCA regulations. Participants are expected to know WCA's regulations before attending an official competition.

We will have a competitor tutorial for new participants on Saturday morning, where we will show how to compete in an official WCA competition. If you want to get a better idea of how the competition works already, please check this video which will show you this. Reading through this guide. is also a good idea since it shows most things a competitor needs to know.

You must be registered for this competetiton online in order to compete! You can register here.

All new competitors should bring a valid ID. To be allowed to compete as a new competitor, you need to be able to identify yourself and the information you provided us when you registred for this competition. A passport is a good example of a valid ID since it shows all necessary information, such as name, nationality and date of birth. If the competitor is young and does not have an ID, a parent or guardian can confirm that the information is correct instead.

You must be ready to compete when your group starts. You only need to be present at the venue during the events in which you plan to attend. However, you need to be present at the venue no later than 20 minutes before your first event starts so that you have enough time to complete the chek-in, and also compensate for any slight changes in schedule.

No flash photography in the entire venue! Flash is distracting to the competitors. Pictures without the use of flash are allowed.

Spectators should remain 1,5 meters away from the solving stations and the competition area. Otherwise, you might distract other competitors or disrupt the competition flow.

You are not allowed to talk about the scrambles until the round is done Otherwise, you might get disqualified.

Check your e-mail A few days before the competition, you will receive a participant email where we will address various important information for participants to know. This email will also include any changes made since the competition was announced. If there is any other urgent information which we need to communicate to competitors, then it will be done through e-mail so therefore it is important that you check your e-mail regularly.

Kom ihåg att ta med dig dina sovgrejer, som kudde, sovsäck och något mjukt att ligga på, till exempel en luftmadrass.

Floor accommodation

Those who want can sleep on the floor at Jenny Nyströmsskolan (right by the venue) for free on the night before Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Compulsory registration takes place through this form.

Remember to bring your sleeping gear, such as a pillow, sleeping bag and something soft to lie on, such as an air mattress.

De Svenska Mästerskapen i Speedcubing 2023 går av stapeln på nybyggda Hatstore Arena i centrala Kalmar! Adressen är Lorensbergsgatan, 392 34 Kalmar. Det finns gott om parkeringsplatser i närområdet.

Med tåg / buss

Boka först en biljett till Kalmar station. Tågbiljetter bokas enklast på SJs hemsida, det finns exempelvis direkta tåg till Linköping, Göteborg, Malmö / Köpenhamn, eller med ett snabbt byte till Stockholm och övriga landet. Kommer du från Uppsala / Arlanda / Stockholm / Ostkusten så kan det också vara värt att kika på Flixbus och deras direka bussar till Kalmar.

Från Kalmar station är det drygt 1,2 kilometers promenad till lokalen.

Kom ihåg att medlemmar i SveKub reser med upp till 10% rabatt hos SJ, mer information finns på Sveroks hemsida. Resor med alla Sveriges kollektivtrafikbolag kan sökas via Resrobot.se. I Kalmar och Kalmar län är det Kalmar Länstrafik som ansvarar över stads- och regionbussar samt regionala tåg.

Med flyg

Både BRA och SAS har direkta flyg mellan Stockholm och Kalmar Öland Airport. Ta därifrån buss 402 mot Kalmar C, mer info finns på Kalmar Länstrafiks hemsida.

Travel

By car

The Swedish Championship 2023 will take place at the newly built Hatstore Arena in central Kalmar! The address is Lorensbergsgatan, 392 34 Kalmar. There are plenty of parking spaces in the immediate area around the venue.

By train / bus

First, book a ticket to Kalmar station. Train tickets are most easily booked on SJ's website, there are for example direct trains to Linköping, Gothenburg, Malmö / Copenhagen, or with a quick change to Stockholm and the rest of the country. If you come from Uppsala / Stockholm Arlanda airport / Stockholm / the east coast, it might also be worth looking at Flixbus and their direct scheduled buses to Kalmar.

From Kalmar station, it is roughly a 1.2 kilometer walk to the venue.

Remember that members of SveKub travel with up to 10% discount with SJ, more information is available on Sverok's website. Trips with all of Sweden's public transport companies can be searched via Resrobot.se. In Kalmar and Kalmar County, Kalmar Länstrafik is responsible for city and regional buses as well as regional trains.

By plane

Both BRA and SAS have direct flights between Stockholm and Kalmar Öland Airport. From there take bus 402 towards Kalmar C, more info is available on Kalmar Länstrafik's website.
