The competition is organised by Chance Foundation - We Are Together (Chance for the Blind Foundation) as a side event to XXI REHA FOR THE BLIND IN POLAND conference. The Foundation also sponsors a majority of prizes.
Szansa Cubing Open Warsaw is held under the patronage of Masovian Voivodship Marshal Adam Struzik. Masovia is also a sponsor of the competition.

Fundacja Szansa - Jesteśmy Razem (Fundacja Szansa dla Niewidomych) wraz z Marszałkiem Województwa Mazowieckiego, Adamem Struzikiem, oferują pulę nagród w wysokości 4800 zł (po 1200 zł na każdą konkurencję):
- 1. miejsce: 600 zł,
- 2. miejsce: 400 zł,
- 3. miejsce: 200 zł.
Medaliści otrzymają również medale i dyplomy.
Ponadto przewidujemy nagrody za rekordy: świata, kontynentu i kraju:
- WR: 200 PLN,
- CR: 150 PLN,
- NR: 100 PLN.
Warunkiem otrzymania nagród przewidzianych za zajęcie poszczególnych miejsc jest uczestnictwo w ceremonii medalowej (3x3x3 FM - sobota, pozostałe konkurencje - niedziela). Nagrody przewidziane za bicie rekordów zostaną wysłane po zakończeniu zawodów.
Ponadto sklep Halcube oferuje 2 bony sprzętowe o wysokości 50 zł oraz dwa o wysokości 30 zł. Wyróżniamy, w odpowiedniej kolejności, pierwsze w karierze:
1. udane ułożenie 4x4 bez patrzenia;
2. udane ułożenie 5x5 bez patrzenia;
3. zakończona sukcesem średnia 4x4 bez patrzenia;
4. zakończona sukcesem średnia 5x5 bez patrzenia;
5. udana próba multi blinda;
6. zakończona sukcesem średnia Fewest Moves.
Nagrodzone zostaną 4 najlepsze osoby, licząc według powyżej listy. W przypadku remisów o przyznaniu nagrody decyduje najlepszy czas w danej kategorii.

Chance Foundation - We are Together (Chance for the Blind Foundation) and the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, Adam Struzik, offer a prize pool of 4800 PLN (1200 PLN for each event):

1. success in 4x4 blindfolded;
2. success in 5x5 blindfolded;
3. successful mean in 4x4 blindfolded;
4. successful mean in 5x5 blindfolded;
5. successful multi blind attempt;
6. successful average in Fewest Moves Challenge.
Top 4 competitors based on the list above will be awarded. If there is a tie, better time in a given category determines the winner.

Zawody odbędą się w Sali Kruczkowskiego w Pałacu Kultury i Nauki. Aby tam dojść, należy wejść do Pałacu wejściem głównym, zejść schodami w dół (po lewej lub po prawej stronie od schodów prowadzących na górę), wejść do windy, dojechać na czwarte piętro, następnie kierować się do Galerii Jubileuszowej i w końcu wejść prosto do Sali Kruczkowskiego.

The competition will take place in Sala Kruczkowskiego in the Palace of Culture in Science. To arrive there, you must enter the Palace through the main entrance, go downstairs (on the left or on the right to the main stairs), enter the elevator, go to the fourth floor, then go to the Galeria Jubileuszowa and finally enter the Sala Kruczkowskiego.

Szansa Cubing Open Warsaw 2023 odbędzie się w tym roku razem z organizowanymi przez Fundację Szansa - Jesteśmy Razem:
* turniejem Szachowym Szansa Chess Open Warsaw 2023 w dwóch odsłonach: w sobotę blitz, w niedzielę rapid. Harmonogram naszych zawodów pozwala uczestnikom specjalizującym się w układaniu kostek bez patrzenia albo na najmniejszą liczbę ruchów na wzięcie udziału w swojej głównej konkurencji oraz w jednym z dwóch turniejów szachowych. Zapraszamy! Zawodnicy chcący wziąć udział w turnieju zobowiązani są do bezpośredniej rejestracji oraz wpłaty wpisowego na dany turniej. Formularz rejestracyjny można wypełnić na osobnej stronie wydarzenia (patrz: Linki / Links).
* spotkanie integracyjne Mazowsze Pełne Nadziei, w którym będą uczestniczyć regionalni beneficjenci Fundacji oraz goście specjalni. Szansa Cubing Open Warsaw 2023 will take place this year together with the following events organized by the Chance Foundation - We Are Together:
* Szansa Chess Open Warsaw 2023 chess tournament: blitz on Saturday, rapid on Sunday. Our competition schedule allows participants who specialize in solving cubes blindfolded or in the fewest moves to take part in their main event and in one of two chess tournaments. Players wishing to take part in the tournament are required to register directly and pay the entry fee for a given tournament. The registration form can be filled on a separate website (see: Linki / Links tab).
* Mazovia Full of Hope integration meeting, attended by regional beneficiaries of the Foundation and special guests. Admission to the integration meeting is free for Szansa Cubing Open Warsaw 2023 competitors (as part of the entry fee). The event program can be found in the Linki / Links tab.

Zawodnicy Szansa Cubing Open Warsaw 2023 mają nieograniczony dostęp do spotkania integracyjnego Mazowsze Pełne Nadziei (patrz: Imprezy towarzysząc / Accompanying events). W ramach spotkania odbędzie się poczęstunek zaplanowany na godzinę 18:00 w sobotę (po zakończeniu pierwszego dnia zawodów). Ponadto zawodnicy mogą bez dodatkowych opłat korzystać z bufetu z kawą, herbatą i ciastkami w czasie trwania wydarzenia (od 12:00 w sobotę).

Szansa Cubing Open Warsaw 2023 competitors have unlimited access to the integration meeting Mazowsze Full of Hope (see: Imprezy towarzyszące / Accompanying events). As part of the meeting, there will be a treat scheduled for 18:00 on Saturday (after the end of the first day of the competition). In addition, competitors can use the buffet with coffee, tea and cookies during the event (from 12:00 on Saturday) free of charge.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
