The base registration fee for this competition is €20 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 80% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of €20 (Euro).

To participate you must:
1. Register on the WCA website. On the spot registrations are not permitted.
2. Pay your registration fee via Stripe.
Registration fee and being unable to participate
- The registration fee is 20 euros.
- If you are unable to participate, then please notify the organizers as soon as possible!
- Notify the organizers even if you find out that you are unable to compete on the competition day.

All buses arrive at Tallinn bus station. After that, you have to go to Viru Keskus bus terminal and board bus 40. It will take you to the Nisu bus stop, which is a 5-minute walk away from the venue.

Train
You can arrive by train:
Near the Tallinn train station is the Balti jaam bus stop, where you can board bus 66, that will also take you to the Nisu bus stop.

You can park your car in the school's parking lot.

Waiting List / Ootenimekiri
The waiting list is ordered by time of payment.

At the beginning of lunch on Saturday there will be an unofficial round of Virtual 3x3 (run by cstimer.net). These results will NOT be recorded on your WCA profile.
All competitors will solve on the same 5 scrambles that will be manually inputted into cstimer. Inspection will be on with volume and a judge will monitor your solves and write down the times as usual. Virtual base speed tps may be set to competitor preference.
It is highly reccommended to have your own laptop for competing but if you don't have one, you can still compete.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
