If the limit has been reached, you will be put to a waiting list. If a registered competitor withdraws their registration then the next competitor from the waiting list will be accepted.
Kui limiit on saavutatud, siis määratakse võistleja ootejärjekorda. Kui registreerunud võistleja tühistab oma registreeringu, siis järgmine võistleja ootejärjekorrast aktsepteeritakse.

Square-1 is a tentative event. It will be held only if we are ahead of schedule and there is enough time. There is a very high chance that Square-1 will not be held because of the high amount of competitors.
Square-1 on valikuline ala. See toimub ainult siis, kui oleme ajakavast ees ja on piisavalt aega. On väga suur tõenäosus, et Square-1 ei toimu, sest registreerunud on väga palju osalejaid.

The default time limit of 10 minutes applies if not stated otherwise. There are no cutoffs in final rounds and the time limit will be 10 minutes.

On weekends, parking in Tartu is free. You can park next to the venue where are about five parking spots, although probably only a few of them are vacant (maybe 1-2). Nearest parking zones are on Tiigi and Kuperjanovi streets. Check the traffic signs. Paid parking houses are in town centre - Tasku, Kvartal and Kaubamaja parking lots. These are situated about 20 minutes on foot from the venue.

You can access the venue by buses number 7 and 20 from "Kaubamaja" bus stop to "Vallikraavi", which is next to the venue.

In the best case scenario, we can have lunch at Kotka Kelder, which is a 10 minute walk from the venue. So if the lunch break lasts for 1 hour, there is about 40 minutes for having lunch.

Arriving and leaving from the competition from other towns by bus:
* TPilet (Estonian bus lines)
* Lux Express (International bus line, Riga-Tartu line also exists)
* Simple Express (Bus line)
* Hansa liinid (Bus line)
All busses arriving to the county bus stop, which is behing Tasku shopping center.
All buses arrive to Tartu bus station, which is located behind Tasku shopping center.
Who is arriving by bus, and if possible, should exit at "Pauluse" bus stop - 10 minutes from venue.

Arriving and leaving from the competition from other towns by train:
* Elron (Tartu train station is located 10 min from the venue)

Registration fee is 3€. If you register after December 1, then the registration fee is 5€. At door registration is NOT allowed because there is a competitor limit. You can pay on the spot, when you arrive at the venue. We strongly advise competitors to pre-register on the WCA website well before the competition. Payments are made only in cash. Please pay attention to your emails!

Osalustasu on 3€. Kui te registreerite peale 1. detsembrit, siis osalustasu on 5€. Koha peal registreerimine EI ole lubatud, sest kehtestatud on võistlejate limiit. Maksta saab kohapeal, kui olete võistluspaika saabunud. Soovitame kindlalt võistlejatel eelregistreerida WCA veebilehel juba varakult enne võistlust. Arveldamine toimub ainult sularahas. Each competitor must be familiar with and understand the WCA Regulations before the competition. Regulations are available on the WCA website. You can have a look at this video to get a basic overview of the regulations. Each first time competitor should have a valid form of ID with them for identification.
