General information

To participate you must:
1. Register on the WCA website before December 4th, 23.59 UTC + 3. After that, no new registrations will be accepted. On the spot registrations are not permitted.
2. About two weeks before the competition we will send out the confirmation emails. If you do not follow the instructions in the confirmation email, then your registration will be deleted. Don't forget to check your spam folder!
3. Pay your registration fee (and a debt if you have it) in cash after arriving to the venue.

Registration fee

• If you register on or before November 11 the registration fee is 5€.
• Starting from November 12 the registration fee is 10€.
• If there are previous competitions in Estonia where you failed to attend but had confirmed your registration, then you are also expected to pay the registration fees for those competitions.

Note: If you are unable to participate, then please notify the organizers ASAP.

Debt system

Starting from Tallinn Open 2018 competition, we are using a debt system. What this means is that if you confirm your registration but fail to show up, your registration fee is added to your total debt.
The next time you want to compete in Estonia, you will have to pay your total debt in addition to the registration fee. This policy is also retroactively applied to competitions since Tartu Open 2017.
Therefore, if you find out that you cannot compete, inform the organisers as soon as possible.

1. Register on the WCA website, because on-site registration is not allowed.
2. Check your email and spam folder for the confirmation email.
3. If you discover you can't compete, inform the organisers ASAP.

Üldinfo

Võistlusel osalemiseks peate:
1. Registreerima end WCA lehel enne 4. detsembrit, 23.59. Pärast seda ei ole võistlusele registreerumine enam võimalik. Kohapeal registreerumine pole lubatud.
2. Umbes kaks nädalat enne võistlust saadetakse kinnitusmeilid välja. Kui te ei järgi seal välja toodud juhiseid, siis teie registreering tühistatakse. Kindlasti kontrollige oma spämmikausta!
3. Võistluskohta saabudes tasuma osavõtutasu (ja võlad kui teil neid on) sularahas.

Osavõtutasu

• Registreerimisel kuni 11. novembrini on osavõtutasu 5 €.
• Alates 12. novembrist on osavõtutasu 10 €.
• Kui olete varem kinnitanud oma osavõtu mõnel Eesti võistlusel, aga jätnud kohale tulemata, siis olete kohustatud tasuma osavõtutasud ka nende võistluste eest.

Märkus: Kui ilmneb, et te ei saa mingil põhjusel osaleda, siis palun teavitage sellest koheselt korraldajaid.

Võlasüsteem

Alates Tallinn Open 2018 võistlusest kasutame Eesti võistlustel võlasüsteemi. Kui te kinnitate oma registreeringu, kuid ei ilmu võistlusele kohale, siis selle võistluse osavõtutasu lisandub teie koguvõlale.
Järgmine kord kui te Eestis võistelda tahate, peate maksma lisaks osavõtutasule ka oma koguvõla. Me arvestame võlgasid alates Tartu Open 2017 võistluselt.
Kui te avastate, et te ei saa võistelda, teavitage viivitamatult korraldajaid.

1. Registreeruge WCA veebilehel, sest kohapeal registreerumine pole lubatud.
2. Jälgige oma e-posti ja järgige kinnitusmeilis toodud juhiseid. Kontrollige ka oma spämmikausta.

• Each competitor must be familiar with and understand the WCA Regulations before the competition.

• Each first time competitor must have a valid form of ID with them for identification.

The competition will be held at Estonian Students' Society. The address is J.Tõnissoni 1, 50409 Tartu, Estonia. Have a look at it on a map:

Transportation

Bus

Arriving and leaving by bus:

• TPilet (Estonian bus lines)

• Lux Express (International bus line, Riga-Tartu line also exists)

• Simple Express (Bus line)

All buses arrive at Tartu bus station. From there you can go to the bus stop Turu and go on the bus 25 (Direction: Männimetsa) or to the bus stop Aura Veekeskus and go on the bus 20 (Direction: Tartu Näitused) and ride to the Kuperjanovi bus stop. It's also very easy to walk to the competition, since it's only 1,7 km from the bus station. Have a look at Tartu bus station on a map:

Live results / Reaalajas tulemused

If it is stated that 50% of competitors proceed to the next round, then we will interpret it as "at least 50%", so we will round up.
