Tivat Open 2025 je šesto po redu takmičenje koje se održava u Crnoj Gori. Svako može da se takmiči, nezavisno od njihove nacionalnosti ili godina, ali moraju biti upoznati sa WCA Regulacijama i moraju da ih pročitaju prije takmičenja.

Tivat Open 2025 is the 6th speedcubing competition in a row that's being held in Montenegro. Anyone can participate, no matter which nationality or age they are, but they need to be familiar with the WCA Regulations and read them before the competition.

There is a competitor limit of 50 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €20 (Euro).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 9:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 9:00 PM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Da bi registracija bila kompletna potrebno je da WCA ID bude povezan sa WCA profilom. Takođe moguće je da bude kompletna i ako se takmičar nije takmičio prije, ali ima WCA profil, uz pružene sve lične informacije.
Molimo Vas da provjeravate e-mail adresu redovno, zato što ćete morati da potvrdite registraciju putem e-mail-a.
Ako se prijavite na takmičenje, a ne pojavite se (i ne obavijestite nas prije zatvaranja prijava da nećete doći), ubuduće ćete moći da se takmičite na našim takmičenjima samo ako platite kotizaciju sa ovog takmičenja. Ako je limit takmičara dosegnut, a Vi niste odgovorili na mail o potvrdi dolaska, bićete obrisani sa liste prijavljenih.
Kotizacija iznosi 20EUR, koja se plaća na takmičenju, nezavisno od broja dana ili kategorija u kojima se takmičite.
Lista čekanja:
• Nakon što je limit od 50 takmičara dostignut lista čekanja će biti otvorena.
• Nove prijave će biti dodate na listu čekanju po redu prijave.
• Takmičari sa liste čekanja će biti prihvaćeni na takmičenje jedino ukoliko se oslobodi mjesto.
• Možete se raspitati o Vašoj poziciji na listi čekanja kod organizacionog tima.
Ukoliko želite da promijenite kategorije u kojima se takmičite, kontaktirajte organizatora putem mail-a i napišite koje promjene želite da izvršite do 10.05.2025. (23:00 po lokalnom vremenu). Nakon ovog datuma neće biti moguće dodavati kategorije u kojima se takmičite. Ukoliko ne želite da se takmičite u nekoj kategoriji za koju ste se prijavili, prihvatljivo je i da se samo ne pojavite u vrijeme te kategorije na takmičenju.

We consider a registration complete, when the WCA ID has been connected to the WCA account, or if the competitor has not competed before, but has a complete WCA account, providing all the personal data. Accepting completed registrations are on a first come first serve basis.
Please make sure to check your e-mail address on a regular basis, because registrations might need to be confirmed via e-mail. If the limit will be reached and you didn't reply to the confirmation mail you will be deleted from the registration list.
If you register to the competition, but don't show up (and don't let us know before the deadline of the online registration), afterwards you can only take part at competitions organized by us, if you pay this registration fee as well.
The registration fee is 20EUR flat, which must be paid on site, no matter in how many events/days you will compete.
Waiting List:
• Once the competitor limit of 50 has filled, the waiting list will be opened.
• New registrations will be added to a waitlist and sorted in the order of time of registration.
• Waitlisted competitors will only be added to the competition if an existing competitors withdraws.
• You may enquire about your position on the waiting list by contacting the organizational team.
You may change the events you are registered for by contacting the organization team by 10/05/2025 (11:00PM local Podgorica time). After this date it is no longer possible to add events. It is also acceptable not to show up for any event you do not wish to compete in.

Postupak registracije:
(Ako već imate otvoren WCA nalog onda možete preskočiti 1. i 2. korak. A ako je Vaš WCA ID (WCA identifikacioni broj) povezan sa Vašim nalogom onda možete preskočiti i 3. korak)
1) Kreirajte svoj WCA nalog
Morate koristiti Vaše puno ime i prezime. Ako ste se već takmičili na zvaničnim takmičenjima koristite e-mail adresu koju ste već koristili za WCA registraciju i koju redovno koristite/provjeravate. Na Vaš e-mail dobićete link za verifikaciju, klikom na taj link vaš nalog će biti verifikovan.
2) Unesite svoje lične podatke
Prijavite se na Vaš WCA nalog i kliknite na "Notifications"/"Obaveštenja". Tu će Vam se pojaviti link: "Vaš profil je nepotpun". Kliknite na taj link i unesite Vaš datum rodjenja, pol i zemlju iz koje dolazite da biste završili Vaš nalog.
3) Registracija za takmičenje
Kada imate funkcionalan WCA nalog, možete se prijaviti za takmičenje na WCA websajtu.
Imajte na umu da proces prihvatanja registracije nije automatski te da može potrajati nekoliko dana.
Ako želite promijeniti Vašu registraciju, molimo Vas da se ne registrujete ponovo već da se javite na e-mail organizatora i napišete šta želite da izmijenite.
Krajnji rok za registraciju i promjenu registracije je: 10. maj 2025. 23:00 (Crnogorsko lokalno vreme).

Steps of registration (if you have WCA Account, you can skip 1st and 2nd step; if you have your WCA ID linked, you can also skip 3rd step):
1) Create a WCA account
You have to use your full name. If you ever competed before at official competition, use an e-mail address that you already used for WCA registration and which you check regularly. You will get a confirmation link in e-mail and by clicking on that your Account will be validated.
2) Give your personal data
Sign in with your WCA account and click to the "Notifications". There will be a "Your profile is incomplete" link. Click here and provide your Gender, Birthdate and Country to finish your account.
3) Register to the competition
After having a full WCA account you can register to the competition in the WCA website.
Please keep in mind, that accepting the registrations is not automatic so the process can take a few days.
If you would like to change your registration, please do not register again, but write an e-mail to the organizers and tell them what you want to change.
Deadline for registration and changes is: May 10th, 2025, 23:00 (Montenegro Local Time).

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
