The base registration fee for this competition is ¥3,000 (Japanese Yen).
If your registration is cancelled before Friday, November 26, 2021 at 1:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Friday, November 26, 2021 at 1:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Friday, November 26, 2021 at 1:00 PM UTC by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

参加費と支払方法 / Registration fees and Payment

2種目/two events	3,500 円/JPY	4,000 円/JPY

1種目参加の場合は事前支払いが3,000円、現地支払いが3,500円です。
2種目参加の場合は事前支払いが3,500円、現地支払いが4,000円です。
参加費はクレジットカードなどで事前支払いいただくか、もしくは大会当日に現金でお支払いください。
事前支払いの支払い期日は2021年12月3日金曜日 22:00 JSTです。

If you want to participate in only one event, the fee is 3,000 JPY with advance payment and 3,500 JPY with payments at the venue.
If you want to participate in two events, advance payment is 3,500 JPY and payment on the day is 4,000 JPY.
Please pay the registration fee by your credt card in advance or in cash on the day of the event.
The due date for advance payment is Friday December 3rd, 2021, 22:00 JST (GMT+9). After that, please pay in cash on the day of the event.

キャンセル時の返金について / Refund in case of cancellation

参加申し込み要件では、
"2021年11月26日金曜日 22:00 JST までに申込みをキャンセルした場合、参加費の100%が払い戻される"
と記載されていますが、システム上自動生成される誤記です。
実際は、キャンセル時期や理由にかかわらず、最終的に大会に参加できなかった場合に参加費の100%が払い戻されます。
事前に支払い済みだった場合、使用したクレジットカード等に返金します。
現地支払い予定だったが実際には来場しなかった場合には、特に何もしていただかなくて結構です。

In the registration requirements, it is stated that "If your registration is cancelled before Friday, November 26th , 2021, 10:00 PM GMT+9 you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee", but this is a incorrect statement as an auto generated website message.
Actually, your payment will be refunded 100% if you can not participate this competition regardless of any cancelation period or reason.
If you will have already paid registration fee in advance, refund will be sent to your credit card.
If you are planning to pay at the competition day, you don’t need to take any action.

キャンセル待ちリスト / Waiting List

参加申し込み後に「現在、申し込みは大会運営チームの承認待ちです。」という旨のメールが届きますが、この時点ではまだ参加申し込みは確定していません。実行委員会の承認後に、正式に参加が承認されたことを伝えるメールが改めて届きます。
申し込み時点で定員に達していた場合はキャンセル待ちリストに追加され、参加承認済みの誰かがキャンセルした場合にリストの先着順で承認されます。この繰り上げ措置は、規定の参加申し込み期間までとなります。締め切り後の繰り上げは行いません。
そのため、大会を辞退する場合は、可能であれば申し込み期限までに申し込みをキャンセルしていただけると幸いです。

Upon registering you will receive an email stating “Your registration Tokai Winter AM 2021 is submitted and pending approval”. This does NOT mean that you are on the registration list. You will be on the registration list after the registration is approved.
Registrations of competitor will be approved based on the order of registration. Once the competitor limit has filled, the waiting list will be opened. New registrations will be added to a waitlist and sorted in the order of registration too. Waitlisted competitors will only be accepted provided one of the accepted competitors withdraw from the competition. All competitors still on the waiting list after registration close will be removed. Therefore, if you wish to withdraw from the competition, we would appreciate if you could cancel your registration before the registration deadline, if possible.

参加申し込みの内容変更・取り消し / Changing/Deleting Registration

申し込み承認後に参加申込の内容を変更したい場合（例：申込種目の追加、同伴者人数の変更など）、または大会に参加できなくなった場合は、tokai2021@speedcubing.or.jpまで必ず連絡してください。キャンセル待ちリストからの繰り上げは参加申し込み期間中にしか行えませんので、なるべく早めにお申し出ください。

If you would like to change your registration (e.g. changing events you compete, number of guests) or withdraw from the competition, please email the organization team at tokai2021@speedcubing.or.jp. Withdrawing enables competitors on the waiting list to attend the competition.
