東海冬AM2021 (以下、AM大会) と東海冬PM2021 (以下、PM大会) は 、WCA Competition Requirements Policy で定められているところの「Series Competitions」となります。
このため、いずれかの大会の申込みのみが承認されます。
両方に申込んだ場合は、申込日時が早い方を受理し、申込日時が遅い方は無効とします。悪しからずご了承ください。なお、AM大会とPM大会は開催種目が異なります。ご留意ください。
- AM大会は、3x3x3 キューブと 2x2x2 キューブの2種目です。
- PM大会は、3x3x3 キューブの1種目のみです。
COVID-19対策のため、入場者数を制限します。事前承認のない見学はお断りします。見学を希望の場合、実行委員会宛にメールを送ってください。
Tokai Winter AM 2021 (AM) and Tokai Winter PM 2021 (PM) are "Series Competitions" defined in the WCA Competition Requirements Policy.
Therefore, you can register either of these competitions. If you register for both competitions, the earlier one will only be recieved, and the later one will be rejected.Please make sure that the events for AM and PM are different.
- AM event holds the 3x3x3 cube and the 2x2x2 cube.
- PM holds only one event, the 3x3x3 cube.
The number of persons in the venue is controlled as COVID-19 countermeasure. If you are not a competitor or their guest and that you want to observe the competition, please be sure to email the organization team in advance. or we will not permit your entrance.!

The base registration fee for this competition is ¥3,000 (Japanese Yen).
If your registration is cancelled before Friday, November 26, 2021 at 1:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Friday, November 26, 2021 at 1:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Friday, November 26, 2021 at 1:00 PM UTC by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

参加費と支払方法 / Registration fees and Payment
事前支払い/advance payment 現地支払い/payment at the venue 1種目/one event 3,000 円/JPY 3,500 円/JPY 2種目/two events 3,500 円/JPY 4,000 円/JPY 1種目参加の場合は事前支払いが3,000円、現地支払いが3,500円です。
2種目参加の場合は事前支払いが3,500円、現地支払いが4,000円です。
参加費はクレジットカードなどで事前支払いいただくか、もしくは大会当日に現金でお支払いください。
事前支払いの支払い期日は2021年12月3日金曜日 22:00 JSTです。If you want to participate in only one event, the fee is 3,000 JPY with advance payment and 3,500 JPY with payments at the venue.
If you want to participate in two events, advance payment is 3,500 JPY and payment on the day is 4,000 JPY.
Please pay the registration fee by your credt card in advance or in cash on the day of the event.
The due date for advance payment is Friday December 3rd, 2021, 22:00 JST (GMT+9). After that, please pay in cash on the day of the event.キャンセル時の返金について / Refund in case of cancellation
参加申し込み要件では、
"2021年11月26日金曜日 22:00 JST までに申込みをキャンセルした場合、参加費の100%が払い戻される"
と記載されていますが、システム上自動生成される誤記です。
実際は、キャンセル時期や理由にかかわらず、最終的に大会に参加できなかった場合に参加費の100%が払い戻されます。
事前に支払い済みだった場合、使用したクレジットカード等に返金します。
現地支払い予定だったが実際には来場しなかった場合には、特に何もしていただかなくて結構です。In the registration requirements, it is stated that "If your registration is cancelled before Friday, November 26th , 2021, 10:00 PM GMT+9 you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee", but this is a incorrect statement as an auto generated website message.
Actually, your payment will be refunded 100% if you can not participate this competition regardless of any cancelation period or reason.
If you will have already paid registration fee in advance, refund will be sent to your credit card.
If you are planning to pay at the competition day, you don’t need to take any action.参加資格 / Qualification

キャンセル待ちリスト / Waiting List
参加申し込み後に「現在、申し込みは大会運営チームの承認待ちです。」という旨のメールが届きますが、この時点ではまだ参加申し込みは確定していません。実行委員会の承認後に、正式に参加が承認されたことを伝えるメールが改めて届きます。
申し込み時点で定員に達していた場合はキャンセル待ちリストに追加され、参加承認済みの誰かがキャンセルした場合にリストの先着順で承認されます。この繰り上げ措置は、規定の参加申し込み期間までとなります。締め切り後の繰り上げは行いません。
そのため、大会を辞退する場合は、可能であれば申し込み期限までに申し込みをキャンセルしていただけると幸いです。
ご自身のキャンセル待ちリスト内での順番を知りたい方は、tokai2021@speedcubing.or.jpまでお問い合わせください。Upon registering you will receive an email stating “Your registration Tokai Winter AM 2021 is submitted and pending approval”. This does NOT mean that you are on the registration list. You will be on the registration list after the registration is approved.
Registrations of competitor will be approved based on the order of registration. Once the competitor limit has filled, the waiting list will be opened. New registrations will be added to a waitlist and sorted in the order of registration too. Waitlisted competitors will only be accepted provided one of the accepted competitors withdraw from the competition. All competitors still on the waiting list after registration close will be removed. Therefore, if you wish to withdraw from the competition, we would appreciate if you could cancel your registration before the registration deadline, if possible.

申し込み承認後に参加申込の内容を変更したい場合（例：申込種目の追加、同伴者人数の変更など）、または大会に参加できなくなった場合は、tokai2021@speedcubing.or.jpまで必ず連絡してください。キャンセル待ちリストからの繰り上げは参加申し込み期間中にしか行えませんので、なるべく早めにお申し出ください。
If you would like to change your registration (e.g. changing events you compete, number of guests) or withdraw from the competition, please email the organization team at tokai2021@speedcubing.or.jp. Withdrawing enables competitors on the waiting list to attend the competition.

- 18歳未満の方の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。
- 個人情報の取扱は、WCAプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
- 参加者の計測結果、名前、国籍、性別はインターネット上に公開されます。
- 生年月日および連絡先は、本人の同意なく公開されません。
- 広報活動や記録を目的に、撮影した写真や映像を大会運営者のHPなどで使用することがあります。
- 各種メディアにより、大会の様子が撮影されたり、大会参加者が取材を受けることがあります。
- COVID-19感染予防対策により、大会の中止がイベント直前に告知される場合があります。
Please agree the following precautions before registration:
- If you are under 18 years of age, please get the consent of your parent before registration.
- Personal data treatment follows WCA Privacy Statement.
- Participant's name (full name), nationality, and gender will be disclosed on the Internet.
- Birth date and contact information will not be disclosed to the outside without the consent of the person.
- For the purpose of recording and PR, organizer may take photos / videos of the competition and use them on the website, SNS etc.
- Competition may be filmed, and competitor may be interviewed by some media.
- Competition may be canceled even after your registration is approved from some reason related to COVID-19.

WCA Competition Safety Policy(英語原典)と非公式日本語訳を基本原則とし、さらに以下の項目を必ず守っていただきます。
- 参加者同士が十分な距離を保つことのできるよう、ご協力をお願いします。
- 会場内には消毒液を設置します。会場への入場時や大会の最中に、必要に応じてお使いください。
- 会場では常にマスクの着用をお願いいたします。顔に密着しないタイプのフェイスガードは、飛沫拡散防止効果が低いためマスクの代替として認めません。
- 風邪の症状が見られたり、発熱があったりした場合には、来場をお控えください。
- 競技に使用するパズルを提出する前に、ウェットティッシュなどで表面の消毒を行ってください。
- 大会当日、競技者間で競技に必要なパズルの貸し借りを行うことはできません。競技に必要なパズルは必ず持参してください。
- 大会当日は競技時の署名等に使用する自分専用の筆記具をご持参ください。
また、以下に特にご注意ください。
- 感染リスク低減のため、新型コロナワクチンの接種を推奨します。
- スマートフォンをお持ちの場合、 新型コロナウイルス接触確認アプリ(COCOA)のインストールを推奨します。
- 同伴者は事前申請制で、競技参加者1人につき1名のみ可能です。
この他、安全保障のための実行委員の指示に従ってください。
Competitors must follow WCA Competition Safety Policy and additional countermeasures as follows.
- Please keep enough distance with other attendees.
- We will set hand-sanitizers in the venue. Please sanitize your hands when you enter the competing room and at regular intervals throughout the competition.
- Please wear facial masks at the venue. Some kind of face guards which have clearance from your skin is not permitted.
- Please don't come to the venue if you show any symptoms of sickness including COVID-19.
- Please disinfect your puzzles before submitting, at the start of the round.
- All the competitors must bring your own puzzles and must not borrow puzzles from other attendees.
- All the attendees must bring their own pens.
And, additional notes as below.
- Valid vaccination is encouraged for all attendees.
- Please install COCOA, contact-confirming application by Japanese goverment.
- One Guest is only permitted for each competitor, and should be informed in advance.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
