参加申込み

• 参加申し込みは本ウェブサイトで行います
• 参加費は会場で現金でお支払いいただきます
• 参加申し込みが完了しても、参加定員数の都合などの関係で参加が認められない場合があります
• 参加申し込みは先着順で承認されます。申込み承認された方にはメールを送信いたします。
• 個別に配慮を要する特別な事情があれば、事前にお問い合わせください。（kurukurukai-tokyobldspring2025@googlegroups.com）

参加申込み内容の変更・キャンセル

• 参加申し込みの登録内容を変更したい場合（例：参加種目の追加、同伴者数の変更など）、または参加をキャンセルする場合は、kurukurukai-tokyobldspring2025@googlegroups.comまでご連絡ください。

参加費

• 1種目参加：4,000円
• 2種目参加：6,000円
• 3種目参加：8,000円
• 4種目参加：10,000円

Registration

• Registration is available on this website.
• The fee will be paid in cash at the venue.
• Even if you have completed the registration, you may not be allowed to participate in the event due to the number limitation of participants.
• Applications will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis. An email will be sent to those whose applications have been approved.
• If you have special circumstances that require individual consideration, please contact us in advance. (kurukurukai-tokyobldspring2025@googlegroups.com)

Changing or canceling your registration

• If you wish to change your registration details (e.g., add more events, change the number of accompanying persons, etc.) or cancel your participation, please contact us at kurukurukai-tokyobldspring2025@googlegroups.com

Fee

• 1 event: 4,000 yen
• 2 events: 6,000 yen
• 3 events: 8,000 yen
• 4 events: 10,000 yen

当日飛び込みでの競技参加や見学はできません。
会場面積の制限のため同伴者及び見学者に制限を設けております。
未成年（18歳以下）及び配慮が必要な競技者一人につき一名の同伴者にご来場していただけます（無料）。
上記の同伴者以外の方で会場に来て見学されたい方（以下「見学者」）は有料（1,000円）となります。見学をご希望の場合はkurukurukai-tokyobldspring2025@googlegroups.comまで連絡をお願いします。
また会場の広さの都合上、見学者の入場を制限させていただく場合があります（原則として見学者は申し込み順で受け付けています。申し込み制限人数に達した場合は見学をお断りします。）

The number of visitors to the venue will be limited.
No one will be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the event without any prior permission.
One accompanying person is allowed for each competitor who is a minor (18 years old or younger) or requires special consideration (free of charge).
Visitors other than the above-mentioned accompanying persons who wish to come and observe the event (hereinafter referred to as "visitors") will be charged a fee (1,000 yen). Visitors have to contact us in advance at kurukurukai-tokyobldspring2025@googlegroups.com .
Due to the size of the venue, admission to visitors may be limited (in principle, visitors are accepted in the order of application. If the number of applicants reaches the limit, no visitors will be allowed.)

• 各種目上位3名を表彰し、賞状を授与します。

• 国内記録、大陸記録、世界記録を樹立した選手を表彰します。

• The top three finishers in each event will be recognized and awarded certificates.

• Certificates will also be given to the competitors who have recorded their NR(national record), CR(continental record), or WR(world record).

4x4x4 目隠し・5x5x5 目隠しでは累積制限タイムを採用しています。
一方のみに参加する場合、両方に参加する場合、どちらの場合にかかわらず、すべての試技の合計タイムが1時間を超えた時点で終了となります。

例1: 4x4x4 目隠しのみに参加する場合
4x4x4 目隠し 3試技の合計が1時間以内。

例2: 4x4x4 目隠し・5x5x5 目隠しの両方に参加する場合
4x4x4 目隠し 3試技・5x5x5 目隠し 3試技、6試技全ての合計が1時間以内。

両方に参加する場合、どちらの種目を先に行っても構いません。
しかし、2個目の種目の後に1個目の種目に戻ることはできません。
例えば、4x4x4 目隠し 1試技目→5x5x5 目隠し 1試技目 → 4x4x4 目隠し 2試技目 のような順番はできません。

In 4x4x4 Blindfolded and 5x5x5 Blindfolded, cumulative time limit is enforced for both events.
Whether you participate in one of either events, or both of these events, your attempts will finish when the cumulative time of all attempts reach 1 hour.

Example 1: participating only in 4x4x4 Blindfolded
The cumulative time of three attempts of 4x4x4 Blindfolded must be less than 1 hour.

Example 2: participating in both 4x4x4 Blindfolded and 5x5x5 Blindfolded
The cumulative time of six attempts, which consist of respectively three attempts of 4x4x4 Blindfolded and 5x5x5 Blindfolded, must be less than 1 hour.

If you participate in both, you may start with either event.
However, you cannot go back to 1st event after 2nd event.
For example, you cannot do like this: 4x4x4 Blindfolded 1st Attempt -> 5x5x5 Blindfolded 1st Attempt -> 4x4x4 Blindfolded 2nd Attempt.

WCA 大会に参加すると、あなたの個人情報の一部（名前、国籍、性別）と WCA 競技結果を含むプロフィールがこのように公開されます。
（登録された個人情報のうち生年月日は非公開です。また、写真の登録は任意です。）
このため、初回参加時には WCA アカウントに登録する名前、国籍、性別、生年月日などの個人情報を確認するための身分証の提示を WCA 代理人より求める場合があります。予めご了承ください。

After you participate in your first WCA competition, your profile will be made publicly like this link, including some of your personal information (name, nationality, and gender) and your WCA competition results.
(Your date of birth will remain private, and registration of your photo is depends on your preference.)
For this reason, the WCA Delegate may ask you to present identification proof to verify your name, nationality, gender, date of birth that will be registered in your WCA account when you first join the WCA competition.

大会に参加する前に、以下をご了承ください。

• 18歳未満の方の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。
• 個人情報の取扱は、WCAプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
• 参加者の計測結果、名前、国籍、性別はインターネット上に公開されます。
• 生年月日および連絡先は、本人の同意なく公開されません。
• 広報活動や記録を目的に、撮影した写真や映像を大会運営者のSNS/HPなどで使用することがあります。
• 各種メディアにより、大会の様子が撮影されたり、大会参加者が取材を受けることがあります。
• 大会の中止がイベント直前に告知される場合があります。

Please agree the following precautions before registration:

• If you are under 18 years of age, please get the consent of your parent before registration.
• Personal data treatment follows WCA Privacy Statement.
• Participant's name (full name), nationality, and gender will be disclosed on the Internet.
• Birth date and contact information will not be disclosed to the outside without the consent of the person.
• For the purpose of recording and PR, organizer may take photos / videos of the competition and use them on the website, SNS etc.
• Competition may be filmed, and competitor may be interviewed by some media.
• Competition may be canceled even after your registration is approved from some reason.
