参加費は会場で現金でお支払いいただきます
参加申し込みが完了しても、参加定員数の都合などの関係で参加が認められない場合があります
参加申し込みは先着順で承認されます。申込み承認された方にはメールを送信いたします。

参加申込み内容の変更・キャンセル

参加申し込みの登録内容を変更したい場合（例：参加種目の追加、同伴者数の変更など）、または参加をキャンセルする場合は、（kurukurukai-tokyospring2025@googlegroups.com）までご連絡ください。

参加費

1種目参加：3,000円
2種目参加：4,000円

Registration

Registration is available on this website.
The fee will be paid in cash at the venue.
Even if you have completed the registration, you may not be allowed to participate in the event due to the number limitation of participants.
Applications will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis. An email will be sent to those whose applications have been approved.
If you have special circumstances that require individual consideration, please contact us in advance. （kurukurukai-tokyospring2025@googlegroups.com）

Changing or canceling your registration

If you wish to change your registration details (e.g., add more events, change the number of accompanying persons, etc.) or cancel your participation, please contact us at（kurukurukai-tokyospring2025@googlegroups.com）

競技グループ分けおよび役割分担は、大会一週間前ぐらいに公開する予定です。

The competition groupings and role assignments are scheduled to be published around one week before the event.

各種目上位3名を表彰し、賞状を授与します。
NR、CR、WRを更新した選手を表彰し、賞状を授与します。

The top three finishers in each event will be recognized and awarded certificates.
Certificates will also be given to the athletes who have updated their NR, CR, and WR.

競技参加者以外の来場者について、以下の方針を設けます。

• 競技参加者が12歳以下(小学生)の場合には、安全を考慮し保護者の同伴は必須となります。
• 同伴・見学の方の座席について、全員分は用意いたしません。競技参加者が着席後に席が空いている場合は、皆様で譲り合ってご利用ください。
• WCAシリーズ大会のうちいずれかひとつに競技参加した方は、別のシリーズ大会に対する競技参加者の同伴者・見学者として来場することはできません。
• これらの方針は、会場施設の収容可能人数に占める競技参加者の割合を最大化することを目的にしています。

Non-competitors attendance follows the policys below.

• If a competitor is 12 years old or younger (elementary school student), they must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Seats will not be reserved for all guests/visitors. If there are any seats available after competitors have taken their seats, please share your space with others.
• A competitor who attended in one of the WCA Series competitions may not come as a guests/visitors in other series competitions.
• These policies are designed to maximize the proportion of competitors within the capacity of venue facilities.

WCA 大会に参加すると、あなたの個人情報の一部（名前、国籍、性別）と WCA 競技結果を含むプロフィールがこのように公開されます。
（登録された個人情報のうち生年月日は非公開です。また、写真の登録は任意です。）

このため、初回参加時には WCA アカウントに登録する名前、国籍、性別、生年月日などの個人情報を確認するための身分証の提示を WCA 代理人より求める場合があります。参加申し込み後は登録したメールアドレスのメールボックスを確認すること、および回答にご協力ください。

After you participate in your first WCA competition, your profile will be made publicly like this link, including some of your personal information (name, nationality, and gender) and your WCA competition results.
(Your date of birth will remain private, and registration of your photo is depends on your preference.)

For this reason, the WCA Delegate may ask you to present identification proof to verify your name, nationality, gender, date of birth that will be registered in your WCA account when you first join the WCA competition. Please check the mailbox of the registered email address and submit a response.

大会に参加する前に、以下をご了承ください。

• 18歳未満の方の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。
• 個人情報の取扱は、WCAプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
• 参加者の計測結果、名前、国籍、性別はインターネット上に公開されます。
• 生年月日および連絡先は、本人の同意なく公開されません。
• 広報活動や記録を目的に、撮影した写真や映像を大会運営者のHPなどで使用することがあります。
• 各種メディアにより、大会の様子が撮影されたり、大会参加者が取材を受けることがあります。
• 大会の中止がイベント直前に告知される場合があります。

Please agree the following precautions before registration:

• If you are under 18 years of age, please get the consent of your parent before registration.
• Personal data treatment follows WCA Privacy Statement.
• Participant's name (full name), nationality, and gender will be disclosed on the Internet.
• Birth date and contact information will not be disclosed to the outside without the consent of the person.
• For the purpose of recording and PR, organizer may take photos / videos of the competition and use them on the website, SNS etc.
• Competition may be filmed, and competitor may be interviewed by some media.
• Competition may be canceled even after your registration is approved from some reason.
