Antes de registrarte lee detenidamente los siguientes pasos a seguir. DEBES CUMPLIR CON TODOS.

1) Esta competencia tiene un cupo de 100 competidores, revisa si todavía hay cupo en la sección COMPETIDORES

2) REGISTRATE o INICIA SESIÓN en la página de la WCA.

3) Si es tu primera competencia oficial, puedes pasar al paso número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial desde 2022, ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCAid, realiza los pasos del siguiente video y una vez vinculada tu cuenta procede al registro. Si ya has competido y tu WCAid no está vinculado, tu registro no será aceptado. Anticípate.

4) El día 24 de mayo a las 19:00 hrs. CDT entra a la PESTAÑA DE REGISTRO , selecciona tus categorías y da clic en "registrarse".

5) Revisa tu correo electrónico, incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM. Si eres de los primeros 100 competidores, recibirás un correo con la información y detalles para realizar el pago. Contarás con 24 horas para pagar tu registro. En caso que el cupo haya sido alcanzado, recibirás la información para poder agregarte a la lista de espera.

6) Una vez hayas cumplido con los pasos indicados en el correo, tu registro será aceptado.

7) Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro, comunícate con nosotros inmediatamente mediante correo teamtlaxcalaoficial@gmail.com

8) Toma en cuenta que los registros se aprueban manualmente después del pago, por lo que es posible que tu registro no se apruebe de inmediato, pero confía en que seguimos la aprobación en el orden de llegada. Verifica que estés dentro de la lista de competidores.

9) Permanece atento a tu correo incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM para cualquier noticia o actualización de la competencia. Una vez que los registros estén completos los horarios podrán sufrir ajustes y actualizaciones.

Considera lo siguiente:
CUALQUIER PAGO REALIZADO ANTES DE LA APERTURA DEL REGISTRO O SIN HABER RECIBIDO UN CORREO POR PARTE DEL EQUIPO ORGANIZADOR SERÁ CONSIDERADO COMO DONACIÓN EN SU TOTALIDAD
SI REALIZASTE TU PAGO, PERO NO ENVIAS LA INFORMACIÓN CORRESPONDIENTE O NO SEGUISTE LAS INDICACIONES CORRESPONDIENTES SERÁ CONSIDERADO COMO DONATIVO EN SU TOTALIDAD

Before registering read carefully all of the steps to follow. YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL.
1) This competition has a quota for 100 competitors, check if there is still spots available in the COMPETITOR SECTION
2) SING UP or SIGN IN in the WCA website.

3) If this is your first WCA competition, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in other WCA competitions and you already have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in WCA competition since 2022, you have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4
If you already have participated in other WCA competitions but you don't have your WCA ID connected to your account, follow the steps in this video. After having your WCA ID connected to your account, continue with the registration. If you already have competed but your WCA ID is not connected to your account, your registration won't be accepted. Anticipate.

4) On May 24 at 19:00 hr. CDT enter to the REGISTER TAB and select your events:

5) Check your email, including SPAM. If you are the first 100 register competitor you're going to receive an email with all the information and details to complete you registration payment. You will have 24 hours to complete your paiment.

6) Once you complete all the email steps your registration are going to be accepted.

7) If you have any doubts or problems with your registration, communicate with the team organizer immediately by e-mail teamtlaxcalaoficial@gmail.com)

8) Keep in mind that the registrations are manually approved after the payment, so it is possible that your registration doesn't get approved immediately, but trust that we will keep the aprovements in the arrival order. Verify that you are on the list of competitors.

9) Keep an eye on your email, including the SPAM folder, for any news or updates on the competition. Once the registration is completed, the schedules can be modified or updated.

ANY PAYMENT MADE BEFORE THE OPENING OF REGISTRATION OR WITHOUT HAVING RECEIVED A MAILING FROM THE ORGANIZING TEAM WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A FULL DONATION
IF YOU MADE YOUR PAYMENT, BUT DID NOT SEND THE INFORMATION OR DID NOT FOLLOW THE CORRESPONDING INSTRUCTIONS, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A DONATION IN ITS ENTIRETY.

INFORMACIÓN DE LA LISTA DE ESPERA:
* Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 100 competidores, aún puedes registrarte y pagar la cuota de la competencia para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
* Hasta el 18 de junio , cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro y permitir que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.
* Después del 18 de Junio, se les eliminará de la lista de espera y todos lo competidores en ella recibirán un rembolso del 100%.
* Estar en la lista de espera no asegura de ninguna manera obtener un lugar en la competencia. Ningún competidor en lista de espera podrá participar los días de la competencia.
* Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar el reembolso del 100% de tu pago en cualquier momento por correo.

Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar tu reembolso del 100% al correo teamtlaxcalaoficial@gmail.com. El reembolso se realizara manualmente por lo que debes de ser paciente en lo que se realiza tu reembolso.

¿Cómo llegar?

Es importante tomar en cuenta que de acuerdo a la compania de autobuses que tomes para llegar a la ciudad de apizaco tienen diferentes estaciones como destinos pero en general llegaran en la estación de autobuses ATAH.
Para llegar a Apizaco sigue los pasos que te correspondan.

Tlaxcala a Apizaco
Si eres del estado de Tlaxcala toma el autobus a Apizaco desde la central de autobuses de Tlaxcala que tiene un costo de $26 pesos y baja en la central de autobuses de ATAH.

Desde Puebla
1.-Tomar desde la CAPU el camion de la compania Verde con costo de $42 pesos, este camion te dejara en la central de autobuses de Tlaxcala.
2.-En la central de Tlaxcala tomar camión a Apizaco con un costo de $26 pesos y bajar en en la central de autobuses de ATAH.

TAPO a Apizaco
Para los que vienen de la TAPO llegaran a la central de autobuses ATAH, el precio del transporte es de $250 pesos.

Para llegar a la sede de Toros Open 2023 sigue cualquiera de las dos opciones.
Primera opción:
En esa misma calle encontraras taxis que te pueden llevar al tecnologico de apizaco, solo comentale que te deje en el acceso 4 y el costo es de aproximadamante $45 pesos.
Segunda Opción
Si quieres tomar una combi para llegar sigue el mapa hasta donde indica la marca de color rojo en el mapa.

Camina en esa calle hasta casi llegar a la esquina, tendras que tomar las combis que digan:
TECNOLOGICO y HOSPITAL REGIONAL
Las combis son de la compania TAU y el costo es de $8 pesos por persona:

Finalmente, comentale al chofer que bajas en el acceso 4 es el unico acceso que se permitira en el tecnologico
Al ingresar, te pediran algunos datos y es importante que comentes que vas a la competencia nacional de cubo rubik

Si deseas ingresar con vehiculo, es importante saber que el acceso sera por el numero 5 y esta ubicado a un lado del hospital.

How to arrive?
