Üldinfo

Võistlusel osalemiseks peate:
1. Registreerima end WCA lehel enne 7. märtsi, 23.59. Pärast seda ei ole võistlusele registreerumine enam võimalik. Kohapeal registreerumine pole lubatud.
2. Tasuma osavõtutasu (ja võlad, kui teil neid on), muidu ei kinnitata teie registreeringut.

Osavõtutasu varieerub sellest, mitmes alas te osalete ning millal te registreerute.

NB! Kui te registreerute enne 28. veebruari, aga kannate raha alles märtsis üle, siis peate maksma juba 10 ja 20 eurot vastavalt. Nii registreerumine, kui ka ülekanne peavad olema enne tähtaega sooritatud, kui soovite soodsama hinna saada.

General information

To participate you must:
1. Register on the WCA website before March 7, 23.59 UTC +2. After that, no new registrations will be accepted. On the spot registrations are not permitted.
2. Pay your registration fee (and your debts if you have any), otherwise your registration will not be accepted.

Registration fee depends on how many events you are going to compete in and when you register.

NB! If you register by February 28, but pay only in March, the fee will be 10 ja 20 eurot respectively. Both registration on the WCA website and payment must be accomplished by February 28 to get the cheaper fee.

* Refunds are not possible, but if you notify the organisers before March 7, 21:59 UTC, then that deposit goes to the next competition that you attend in Estonia.
* If there are previous competitions in Estonia where you failed to attend but had confirmed your registration, then you are also expected to pay the registration fees for those competitions.
* If you are unable to pay, then contact the organizers.

• Iga võistleja peab enne võistlust end WCA regulatsioonidega kurssi viima ning neist aru saama.
• Regulatsioonid on kättesaadavad WCA veebilehel.

• Vaadake ka seda WCA võistlemisjuhendit.
• Igal uuel võistlejal peab olema kaasas isikut tõendav dokument.

• Each first time competitor must have a valid form of ID with them for identification.

WCA võistluste ohutuspoliitika enam ei eksisteeri. Kuid me ise oleme järgmisi piiranguid sätestanud:

• Kui olete vähemalt 12 aastane, peate esitama ühe järgmisest kolmest dokumendist:
  1. Covid-19 vastase vaktsineerimise tõendi, kusjuures vaktsineerimiskuur peab olema lõpetatud;
  2. Covid-19 läbipõdemise tõendi, kusjuures positiivne testitulemus peab olema saadud viimase kuue kuu jooksul;
• Võistlejad/külalised, kes on 12-17 aasta vanused, võivad selle asemel esitada negatiivse PCR testi tulemuse (mitte vanem kui 72 h) või negatiivse antigeeni kiirtesti tulemuse (mitte vanem kui 48 h), kusjuures testi peab olema läbi viinud meditsiinitöötaja - tulemus peab kajastuma Digiloos.
• Kõik võistlejad ja nende külalised peavad kandma maski.
• Ära osale võistlusel, kui sul on COVID-19 sümptomid! Haigussümptomitega võistlejatel palutakse koheselt lahkuda.
• Kui sul peaks ilmnema vähem kui 14 päeva jooksul pärast võistlust haigussümptomid, siis anna sellest esimesel võimalusel korraldajatele teada.
• Väljaspoolt Eestit tulijatele võivad kehtida reisipiirangud.
• Osavõtjate piirarv on 75 võistlejat. Ühtlasi soovitame pealtvaatajaid mitte kaasa võtta või siis hoida nende arv võimalikult madal.
• Mitmes kohas on võimalused käte desinfitseerimiseks. Pindade puhastust viiakse läbi perioodiliselt.
• Kui ilm seda võimaldab, siis avame aknaid, et tagada parem ventilatsioon.
• Ooteala ei ole ja kõik võistlejad istuvad otse laudade taha. Igal võistlejal on sama vooru piires sama laud.
• Hoidke ohutut vahemaad (≥1m)!
• Palun võtta oma enda kirjutusvahend kaasa ja kinnitada see näiteks paela külge, mida on mugav kaelas kanda.

NB! WCA regulatsioonidele on ajutiselt lisatud väga olulised muudatused! Palun lugege need ENNE VÕISTLUST läbi, sest muudatuste tõttu muutub võistlemisprotsess, kohtunikuks olemine ja võistlusel käitumine.

WCA Policy is now gone. However, we still apply following restrictions considering Covid:

• If you are at least 12 years old, then when arriving at the venue you must present one of the following:
  1. Proof of vaccination against Covid-19. You must have received all doses of the vaccine;
  2. Proof that you have recovered from Covid-19. The positive test result must be newer than six months;
• Alternatively, competitors/guests who are 12 to 17 years old may present a negative result from either a PCR test (no older than 72h) or an antigen test (no older than 48h) (tests performed by a medical professional).
• All competitors and their guests must wear masks.
• Do not attend the competition if you have symptoms of COVID-19! If you show the symptoms during the competition, we will ask you to leave.
• If you show symptoms within 14 days after the competition, then contact the organizers as soon as possible!
• Please be aware of the travelling restrictions.
• The limit is set to 75 competitors. We advise you to not bring guests and keep their number as low as possible.
• There will be several hand sanitation points. Equipment disinfection will be done periodically.
• If possible, we will open some windows to ventilate the venue better.
• Keep safe distance (≥1m)!
• Please bring your own pen and attach it to a lanyard so that it is more convenient to wear.

NB! There are also significant temporary changes made to WCA regulations! Please read them BEFORE THE COMPETITION because they change the way how people have to judge, compete, and behave at the competition!

Ferry

All ferry ports are within 10 minutes of driving distance from the venue.

• Eckerö Line (Helsinki-Tallinn ferries)

• Viking Line (Helsinki-Tallinn ferries)

• Tallink (Helsinki-Tallinn, Stockholm-Tallinn ferries)

Bus 2 stops at all ferry ports.

Take bus 2 (direction: "Mõigu") to stop A. Laikmaa. From there, the venue is within 5 minutes of walking distance.

All buses arrive at Tallinn bus station. There is a "Bussijaam" bus stop from where you can take the bus to "Estonia" stop on buses 17, 17A, 23 or 54.

Or go to Tartu mnt (also "Bussijaam" stop) and take tram number 4 (direction: "Tondi") to the "Vabaduse väljak" tram stop or tram number 2 (direction: "Kopli") to the "Mere puiestee" tram stop. There is a "Balti jaam" tram station also, both 1 and 2 trams go to the "Mere puiestee" stop in "Kadriorg" and "Suur-paala" directions.

Plane

All flights fly into Tallinn's International Airport.

There are direct flights from cities like Riga, Stockholm, Oslo, Moscow, London, Frankfurt, Warsaw, Paris, Amsterdam and many more.

From the airport, take either tram 4 (direction: "Tondi") to stop Vabaduse väljak (3-minute walk to the venue) or bus 2 (direction: "Balti jaam") to stop A. Laikmaa (5-minute walk).
