Registration for USM PENANG CUBE 2017.

We’re glad to inform all of you that we have reach the limit of participant that can be register for this tournament within 3 days of opening the registartion. (100 participants)

For those who have register, please check your name in the participant list.
If you had register, but your name is not on the list, we are very sorry to hear that.

Before you register, please make sure to :
1) Enter your full name correctly as per in your ID card.
2) Capitalize each word of your name correctly.(e.g Talhah Mohamad Shirajuddin)
3) Enter your date of birth correctly

UPON SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION, CHANGES IN EVENT(S) OR CANCELLATION OF EVENT(S) ARE NOT ENTERTAINED.

Please notify us by email if you wish to pull out from this competition after registration.
*People who registered but not within the participation limit will be placed into waiting list. If any participant withdraw from the competition, we will fill up the empty slot from the waiting list (first come first serve basis).
*We reserve the right to reject any registration which does not fulfill the requirement aforementioned.

The base entrance fee for the first event is RM15, for every subsequent event added, RM5 will be charged.The fees are payable on the competition date (15th April 2017 8:00am - 8:30am).

Do email us if you wish to cancel your registration(if you are on the list of registration and not in the waiting list), so we could pass on the slot to the ones in the waiting list.
