The base registration fee for this competition is $15,000 (Colombian Peso).

If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Sunday, April 7, 2024 at 12:00 PM UTC by contacting the organization team.

La participación en este torneo requiere de la comprensión de los
siguientes requisitos:
1. El valor de la inscripción es de $15.000 hasta el 15 de Marzo del 2024.
Desde el 16 de Marzo del 2024 en adelante el valor de la
inscripción será de $25.000 pesos colombianos.
2. Conocer el reglamento de la WCA ya que este es un torneo oficial.
3. Elegir los eventos a inscribir cuidadosamente luego de revisar las pestañas
Eventos y Cronograma. Prestar atención a los formatos de las rondas y a sus
cortes y límites.
4. Inscribirse electrónicamente completando el proceso aquí.
5. Hacer el pago de la inscripción a la cuenta de Nequi 3173758165.
6. Enviar comprobante de pago al Whatsapp 3173758165 o al 3006801901 con
el nombre completo del participante ya registrado en la WCA en el torneo.
7. Esperar a que el registro electrónico sea aceptado.

The participation in this competition requires the comprehension and
acceptance of the following requirements:
1. The registration fee for one or all events is 15.000 COP until March 15, 2024.
From March 16, 2024 onwards, the registration fee will be
25.000 COP.
2. Be familiar with the WCA rules since this is an official competition.
3. Carefully choose the events. Keep the rounds format, cutoffs, and limits in
mind.
4. Register online completing the process here.
5. Pay your registration to Nequi account number: 3173758165.
6. Send a screenshot or an image of the receipt through WhatsApp +57
3173758165 or +57 3006801901 with the competitor’s full name after he/she
is registered on the competition website.
7. Wait for your registration to be approved online.

This is one of the two competitions that will take place in the reggion named "Eje Cafetero", the another competition will be held on Saturday, April 6th in the city of Pereira, Risaralda, Register link:
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
