There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 70,000 so'm (Uzbekistan Som).
If your registration is cancelled before Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 12:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 90% of your registration fee.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of 70,000 so'm (Uzbekistan Som).

Участники из Узбекистана оплачивают взносы посредством перевода суммы взноса на пластиковую карту №8600 1402 0688 9058. После оплаты отправьте подтверждение платежа (скриншот) на iaipkin@worldcubeassociation.org. В течение суток после этого ваша заявка будет одобрена.
При отмене регистрации до 11 мая 2019 года вам будет возвращено 90% стоимости взноса. Если заявка отменяется после этой даты, взнос не возвращается.
Участники из других стран оплачивают взносы на месте.
Регулярно проверяйте свой почтовый ящик, чтобы не пропустить сообщений от организаторов.

На соревнованиях будет проводиться неофициальная дисциплина Chain Team Solve. Суть этой дисциплины в том, что команда из трех человек должна решить по одному кубу строго по очереди. Команды будут формироваться случайным образом. Чтобы принять участие в этой дисциплине, напишите об этом в комментарии при регистрации.

Participants from Uzbekistan pay their fees by transfering the amount of fee to plastic card #8600 1402 0688 9058. After paying send confirmation of the payment (screenshot) to iaipkin@worldcubeassociation.org. Withing 1 day your registration will be approved.
If you cancel your registration before May 11th, 2019, 90% of registration fee will be returned. If registration is cancelled after that date, registration fee is not returned.
Participants from other countries pay their fees on site.
Check your email on regular basis in order not to miss messsages from organizers.

An unofficial event "Chain Team Solve" will be held. In this event team of 3 competitors must solve one cube each one after another. Teams will be formed randomly. In order to participate in this event, specify this in the commentary during registration.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
