On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of 50,000 so'm (Uzbekistan Som).

Online registration is mandatory and closes on 31th of December.
Payment of 50,000 Uzbekistan Som will be done at the venue.
On-spot registration is available for those who have not registered online. The registration fee for such registration is 50000 soum for one event plus 10000 soum for each additional event. For example if you register for 3x3x3 cube, skewb and pyraminx, the registration fee will be 70000 soum.

Directions
The tournament will take place at 4-th floor of Atlas mall (Katartal str., 28). It is approximately 1 km away from Chilanzar subway station. There are bus stops nearby (34, 94, 98). Bus 94 can be taken if you're travelling from the International Airport. If you use taxi, approximate price for a ride will be 2000 soum per kilometer. Please contact organizers if you need further help with directions or transportation.

Соревнования будут проходить на 4-м этаже торгового комплекса Атлас (ул. Катартал, 28). Он находится примерно в 1 километре от станции метро Чиланзар. Рядом с торговым центром есть остановки автобусов 34, 94, 98. Автобус 94 идет из международного аэропорта. Если вы решите воспользоваться такси, цена за поездку составит приблизительно 2000 сум за километр пути. Пожалуйста, свяжитесь с организаторами, если вам нужна дополнительная помощь с указаниями или транспортом.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
