För att ta del av rabatten är det bara att vara registrerad i SveKubs medlemsregister, sedan anmäler du dig som vanligt. Vi verifierar sedan vilka av de anmälda som är medlemmar och inte.
Du betalar till att börja med fullt pris, men vi återbetalar 25% i samband med att anmälan granskas (godkänns eller sätts på väntelistan).
I framtiden hoppas vi kunna ha ett något smidigare system, men anmälningssystemet kan i dagsläget inte ha olika anmälningsavgifter för olika personer.

Vill du också arrangera en tävling?

Du kan också arrangera en tävling i din stad! Det enda kravet är att du har koll på en lokal som hade passat bra för en tävling. Det kan vara allt från matsalar, gymnastiksalar, bygdegårdar, folkets hus och klubb- eller samlingslokaler. Själva tävlingen kan pågå i bara ett par timmar på en vardagskväll eller en hel långhelg, du bestämmer. Därefter kan SveKub hjälpa till med det du inte kan eller vill göra själv, såsom tävlingsschema, budget och hemsida. Mer information om och hur det går till att arrangera en tävling finns här.

SveKub

This competition is organized together with SveKub.

As a member of SveKub, you always have a 25% discount on competitions. The membership is free, but is only available for Swedish citizens.
Read more about becoming a member on our website or register right away.

To get the discount, you simply need to be registered as a SveKub member. After that, you register as normal and we will verify which competitors are members and which are not.
You will pay the full price to begin with, but we will refund 25% when reviewing the registration (approving it or moving it to the waiting list).
In the future, we hope to have a slightly more convenient system, but the current registration system can not have different registration fees for different people.

Do you also want to organize a competition?

You can also organize a competition in your city! The only requirement is that you know a venue that would be suitable for a competition. It can be anything from canteens, sport halls, community centers and club or meeting rooms. You decide for how long the competition should run, anything from a couple of hours on a weekday to an entire weekend is a possibility. After that, SveKub can help with what you can't or don't want to do yourself, such as a competition schedule, budget and website. Viktig info

Alla tävande ska ha läst WCA:s Regler. Deltagare förväntas känna till WCA:s reglemente innan man deltar på en officiell tävling. Reglerna finns även översatta till svenska, men tänk på att det är den engleska originalversionen som gäller om det skulle finnas några skillnader.

Denna tävling kommer inte ha någon planerad deltagarintroduktion för nya deltagare, men har du frågor om hur det går till när man tävlar eller är domare så går det utmärkt att fråga tävlingens arrangörer eller delegat. Vill man redan nu få bättre koll på hur tävlingsproceduren går till, kolla då gärna denna video som visar detta på ett bra sätt. Att läsa igenom denna guide är också en bra idé eftersom den visar det mesta man behöver känna till som deltagare.

Du bör anmäla dig online! Du kan anmäla dig här. Vi kommer dock på just denna tävling även acceptera anmälningar på plats förutsatt att tävlingen inte fylls innan tävlingsstart.

Alla nya tävlande bör ha med ett giltigt ID. För att få tävla som ny deltagare måste du kunna identifiera dig själv och visa att den information du gav oss när du registrerade dig för den här tävlingen är korrekt. Ett pass är ett bra exempel på ett giltigt ID eftersom det visar all nödvändig information, såsom namn, nationalitet och födelsedatum. Om den tävlande är ung och inte har ett eget ID kan en vårdnadshavare verifiera att uppgifterna stämmer.

Du måste vara redo att tävla när din grupp startar Du behöver bara vara på plats i lokalen under de grenar där du planerar att delta. Du behöver dock vara på plats i lokalen senast 15 minuter innan din första gren ska börja, så du hinner fullfölja incheckningen, och för att vara på den säkra sidan ifall schemat påverkas något under tävlingen.

Fotografering med blixt är förbjudet i hela lokalen! Blixtar är störande för tävlande. Fotografering utan blixt är tillåtet.

Publik måste befinna sig 1,5 meter ifrån tävlingsstationerna och tävlingsområdet Annars finns risken att man stör andra tävlande eller tävlingsproceduren.

Man får inte prata om blandningarna innan man tävlat färdigt i pågående gren Annars finns risken att man blir diskvalificerad.

Håll koll på er e-mail Några dagar innan tävlingen kommer ni få ett deltagarmail där vi kommer ta upp diverse viktig information för deltagare att känna till. I detta mail kommer också eventuella ändringar sedan tävlingen annonserades tas upp. Om det finns annan information som vi snabbt måste kommunicera till deltagare så kommer detta också ske via e-mail, därför är det viktigt att ni håller koll på er e-mail regelbundet.

Important info

All competitors must have read the WCA regulations. Participants are expected to know WCA's regulations before attending an official competition.

This competition will not have any planned competitor introduction for new participants, but if you have questions about how it works when you compete or judge, it is perfectly fine to ask the competition's organizers or delegate. If you want to get a better idea of how the competition works already, please check this video which will show you this. Reading through this guide. is also a good idea since it shows most things a competitor needs to know.

You should register online to compete! You can register here. However, for this particular competition we will also accept registrations on the spot provided that the competition has not filled up before the start of the competition.

All new competitors should bring a valid ID. To be allowed to compete as a new competitor, you need to be able to identify yourself and the information you provided us when you registred for this competition. A passport is a good example of a valid ID since it shows all necessary information, such as name, nationality and date of birth. If the competitor is young and does not have an ID, a parent or guardian can confirm that the information is correct instead.

You must be ready to compete when your group starts. You only need to be present at the venue during the events in which you plan to attend. However, you need to be present at the venue no later than 15 minutes before your first event starts so that you have enough time to complete the chek-in, and also compensate for any slight changes in schedule.

No flash photography in the entire venue! Flash is distracting to the competitors. Pictures without the use of flash are allowed.

Spectators should remain 1,5 meters away from the solving stations and the competition area. Otherwise, you might distract other competitors or disrupt the competition flow.

You are not allowed to talk about the scrambles until the round is done Otherwise, you might get disqualified.

Check your e-mail A few days before the competition, you will receive a participant email where we will address various important information for participants to know. This email will also include any changes made since the competition was announced. If there is any other urgent information which we need to communicate to competitors, then it will be done through e-mail so therefore it is important that you check your e-mail regularly.

New competitors

If this is your first WCA competition, welcome! Make sure to read through all tabs above as there is a lot of important information there.

If you've never competed before, you should bring a valid ID, for example a passport or driver's licence, to verify your birth date and nationality. If the competitor does not have an ID, a parent can confirm this information.

This competition will not have any planned competitor introduction for new participants, but if you have questions about how it works when you compete or judge, it is perfectly fine to ask the competition's organizers or delegate. We highly recommend watching this video to get a good understanding of how solving in competition works. Reading through this guide is also a good idea since it shows most things a competitor needs to know.

It is also important that you read through the WCA Regulations so that you are aware of different penalties and how to avoid them.

Remember that you only need to be at the venue when you have an event to compete in, but since the schedule might change slightly throughout the competition, we recommend showing up at least 15 minutes before your first event.

Throughout the competition, you will be able to see live results from WCA Live, and there you can see what results you got and whether or not you proceeded to the next round.

Boende

Inget deltagarboende kommer anordnas för denna relativt korta endagstävling. Behöver du boende i Flen i och med tävlingen så rekommenderas Idrottsgårdens vandrarhem.

Mat

Lokalens café kommer ej hålla öppet under tävlingen. Det är dock endast 500 meter nedför Södra Kungsgatan till Flens centrum, där livsmedelsaffärer och restauranger finns.

Accommodation

No competitor accommodation will be arranged for this relatively short one-day competition. If you need accommodation in Flen during the competition, Idrottsgården's hostel is recommended.

Food

The venue's café will not be open during the competition. However, it is only 500 meters down Södra Kungsgatan to the center of Flen, where there are grocery stores and restaurants.

Med tåg

Tävlingslokalen är 500 meters gångväg från Flens station. Biljetter kan bokas via sj.se, men om din resa endast inkluderar Mälartåg så är det billigare att boka sin biljett på malartag.se.

Med lokaltrafik

Sörmlandstrafiken kör lokaltrafiken med buss i Sörmland. Se deras hemsida för en reseplanerare inom Sörmland. Biljetter köps enklast via deras app.

With car

The address is Södra Kungsgatan 11, 642 35 Flen. There is a free car park by the venue, which competitors and guests have the right to use.

By train

The competition venue is a 500 meter walk from the train station in Flen. Tickets can be booked via sj.se, but if your trip only involves Mälartåg, it is cheaper to book your ticket at malartag.se.

With local traffic

Sörmlandstrafiken runs the local bus services in Sörmland. See their website for a travel planner within Sörmland. Tickets are most easily purchased via their app.
