This competition is organized by Woodberry Forest School Rubik's Cube Club (WFSRCC). Check out the club if you are interested in competing with us face-to-face!

WFS Cubing Spring 2019 is recognized as an official World Cube Association competition. Therefore, all competitors should be familiar with the WCA regulations.

Venue:
Woodberry Forest School

Location on campus: Barbee Center, located right across the football field. You will receive volunteers' direction once you arrive on campus.

Transportation:
The best way to arrive on campus is through driving. Woodberry is 25-minute drive away from Culpepper, 50-minute drive away from Charlottesville, 90-minute drive from Richmond, and 2-hour drive away from Washington, DC.

Parking
We offer free parking to all competitors and guests. There are many different parking lots on campus. You will get direction of which one will be closest to our main venue once you arrive on campus.

Hotel
We only recommend competitors and guests to stay in hotel if you live very far from Woodberry. Below are two hotels that are closest to Woodberry. Hotels can also be found in nearby Culpeper, VA (about 20-30 minutes drive from Woodberry) and Charlottesville, VA (about 50 minutes drive from Woodberry).

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
