There is a competitor limit of 500 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 100 ₽ (Russian Ruble).
If your registration is cancelled before Sunday, October 28, 2018 at 12:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of 100 ₽ (Russian Ruble).
You have to send your application for this competition, to pay it (please see the tab "How to pay?") and wait until your name shows up in Competitors list. If your name hasn't showed up within 3-4 days then it means there is some problem with your application. In this case please check your e-mail where is a letter from organisation team. There is written how to change your application that it will be accepted. Please keep your id document (certificate of birth, passport or driver license) with yourself to prove your identity.
Если это Ваш первый чемпионат Вы должны создать аккаунт на сайте WCA. После этого нужно отправить свою заявку на этот чемпионат (слева есть кнопка "Зарегистрироваться"), оплатить участие (смотрите вкладку "Как оплатить участие") и ожидать появления своего имени и фамилии в списке участников. Если в течение 3-4 дней Ваше имя не появляется в списке, значит что-то не так с Вашей заявкой. В таком случае проверьте свой почтовый ящик, в котором обязательно будет письмо от команды организаторов с указанием, что нужно исправить в заявке. Стоимость участия зависит от количества выбранных дисциплин, и складывается из:
100 рублей (базовая стоимость) + 20 рублей (за каждую дисциплину, начиная с первой). Например, если вы участвуете только в 3х3 Cube, то оплачиваете 100 + 20 = 120 рублей.
Если же вы собираете 7 дисциплин, то 100 + 20х7 = 240 рублей, и так далее.

Registration fee based on number events which you want to compete and it calculates:
100 RUB (base fee) + 20 RUB (for each event). For example, if you compete only in 3x3 then you have to send 120 RUB.
If you compete in 7 events then you have to send 100 + 20x7 = 240 RUB and so on.
You can pay you registration fee these ways:

Use note of payment to tell us person you paid for. After payment write down email to knkapkina@mail.ru. Also you can use this email to ask any question about payment.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
