EARLY BIRD REGISTATION (June 19 to July 7, UTC +8)

Registration of 150.00 PhP for First-timers/Passive Competitors only (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for one event, and ₱50.00 additional per event.

Base registration of 250.00 PhP for
Returners (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for one event.

Registration of 300.00 PhP for
Returners (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for three events, and ₱50.00 additional per event.

REGULAR REGISTRATION (July 8 to July 31, UTC +8)

Registration of 250.00 PhP for First-timers/Passive Competitors only (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for one event, and ₱50.00 additional per event.

Registration of 350.00 PhP for
Returners (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for one event.

Registration of 400.00 PhP for

NOTE
A Passive Competitor is any person who has a WCA ID but has not attended a WCA competition in the last 24 months.

You must send us the proof of payment/receipt, valid ID (for first timers), name of competitor, amount paid, contact number, and categories you are participating via our Facebook page Negros Speedcubers or email at negroscubers.organizing@gmail.com with this format:

If registration requirements are complete, we will reply with a confirmation message and approve your registration. No confirmation message, registration not approved.

NOTE
(1) Please follow the registration and payment instructions. We run on a first come, first serve basis and the registration order is based on who sent the receipt first. If the registration requirements are not properly followed until the 80 competitor limit has been reached, your registration will not be approved and strictly NO REFUNDS.

(2) Payment sent on the GCash account without confirmation as Registration payment (e-receipt not sent to email/FB account) will be considered as donations to the competition. Once again, please follow the registration requirements and instructions.

All Competitors
● As per WCA Regulation 1e2, you are obliged to officiate/judge upon being called. Failure in doing such duties will result in your disqualification from the competition at the discretion of a WCA delegate.

New Competitors
● For first timers, it is highly encouraged to familiarize yourself with the WCA Regulations.
● To accustom yourself even more with how WCA competitions work, you are required to read the WCA First-time Competitor Guide and/or watch this Competitor Tutorial by WCA Senior Delegate, Kit Clement.

● If you are still confused as to what the procedures are, there will be a live demonstration/tutorial before the competition starts.
● Have fun and don't hesitate to ask questions to the Delegate and Event Organizers.

Incentives for Competitors achieving Records ONLY at West Visayas Cube Masters 2024:

𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 (Single/Average Category):
🛫 Any single round-trip domestic flight via Philippine Airlines.

𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 (Single/Average Category):
🌏 One round-trip ticket to Singapore via Singapore Airlines.

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 (Single/Average Category):
🌍 One round-trip ticket to the USA for WCA World Championship 2025 via Singapore Airlines.
Eligibility Criteria:
-Must represent the Philippines in their World Cube Association profile before July 17, 2024.

-Competitors under 18 years old must have written consent from their legal guardian allowing them to claim their incentive.

Mechanics:
-For national records, only one competitor will be rewarded once for each event. If there are multiple records in the same event, the incentive goes to the competitor with an average or mean record.

-For continental and world records, only one competitor will be rewarded once for all events. If there are multiple records in the same event, the incentive goes to the competitor with an average or mean record. If there are multiple records in different events, the sequence of priority is as follows:

2x2x2 Cube
Pyraminx
Skewb
3x3x3 Blindfolded
Megaminx
Clock

-As per World Cube Association regulation 9i2, if a regional record is broken multiple times on the same calendar date, only the best result is recognized as breaking that regional record.

-Female Regional Records are celebrated but not officially recognized by the World Cube Association and therefore ineligible for incentives.

-If a Filipino sets a Continental Record, all National Records forfeit their eligibility to claim incentives.

-If a Filipino sets a World Record, all Continental and National Records forfeit their eligibility to claim incentives.
