There is a competitor limit of 250 competitors.
You have to send your application for this competition ("Register" button on the left panel menu), pay registration fee online (see tab "how to pay) and wait until your name shows up in Competitors list. If your name hasn't showed up within 3-4 days then it means there is some problem with your application. In this case please check your e-mail where is a letter from organisation team. There is written how to change your application that it will be accepted. When you arrive to competition please keep your ID document (certificate of birth, passport or driver license) with yourself to prove your identity. payments on the spot will not be accepted.
ATTENTION! If you sent your application but will not come please write to competition delegate (ilya21tereshko@gmail.com) to cancel your application before August 17th. If you will not be showed up without notifying or do that after August 17th then your registration fee will not be refunded.Если это Ваш первый чемпионат Вы должны создать аккаунт на сайте WCA. После этого нужно отправить свою заявку на этот чемпионат (слева есть кнопка "Зарегистрироваться"), оплатить участие (подробная инструкция в меню "Как оплатить участие") и ожидать появления своего имени и фамилии в списке участников. Если в течение 3-4 дней Ваше имя не появляется в списке, значит что-то не так с Вашей заявкой. Формат Bo2 / Ao5 (< cutoff) означает либо best of 2 (лучшая из первых двух попыток), либо average of 5 (среднее из пяти), в зависимости от того, проходит ли участник установленный катофф. Например, в дисциплине Clock формат Bo2 / Ao5 (< 0:20). Это означает, что если первые две попытки медленнее, чем 20 секунд, то остальные попытки участник не делает. Стоимость участия зависит от даты совершения платежа и количества дисциплин. Суммы указаны в белорусских рублях (BYN).
Произвести оплату необходимо до 17 августа включительно. Оплата на месте приниматься не будет. В случае, если участник подал заявку на WCA, но не оплатил участие, его заявка аннулируется в течение 3 дней.
Для оплаты понадобится банковская карта и доступ в интернет.
1. Переходим по ссылке - https://vk.cc/5ugLKN - это прямая ссылка на сервис Яндекс.Деньги.
2. В пункте "Откуда" выбираем "с банковской карты и вводим данные своей банковской карты.
3. В пункте "Куда" выбираем "Другой кошелек на Яндексе" и вводим номера кошелька 410012237101447.
4. ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО ставим галочку "Добавить сообщение получателю". И в поле "Сообщение получателю" указываем имя и фамилию участника, чью заявку вы оплачиваете.
5. В поле "Сумма" указываем число в российских рублях. Для этого необходимо умножить сумму взноса из вышеприведённой таблицы на 31.
Например, если Вы делаете перевод до 1 августа включительно и подали заявку на 4 дисциплины, то в поле "Сумма" надо указать число 372. Так как 12 * 31=372. Также обращаем внимание, что при оплате будет взята комиссия в размере 1%. Увы, сервисов с меньшей комиссией мы не смогли найти.
6. Нажимаем кнопку "Продолжить" и автоматически переходим на страницу, где Вам нужно будет ввести код из СМС, которая придёт на Ваш номер телефона. Возможно, оплата пройдёт сразу без СМСки, это означает, что у Вас не подключена дополнительная услуга в банке. На оплату заявки это никак не влияет.
7. Ожидаем на электронном ящике подтверждение одобрения Вашей заявки. Если в течение 2 суток после оплаты Ваша заявка всё ещё не одобрена, пожалуйста, напишите главному организатору в личку или на почту: sarigozby@gmail.com
The competition fee depends on the date of payment and the number of disciplines. The amounts are in Belarusian rubles (BYN).

For payment, you need a bank card and Internet access.

2. In the "From" box select "from the bank card and enter your bank card details.
3. In the "To" box select "Another Yandex.Money Wallet" and enter this wallet number: 410012237101447.
4. IMPORTANT! Make sure the checkmark "Add message to the recipient" is checked. In the field "Message to the recipient" please indicate the name and surname of the participant whose application you pay.
5. In the "Amount" field, specify the number in Russian rubles. To do this, multiply the value from the above table by 31.
For example, if you make a payment before August 1 and apply for 4 disciplines, then in the "Amount" field you must specify a number of 372, since 12 * 31 = 372. Also pay attention that the 1% payment commission will be taken. Unfortunately, we could not find the services with less commission.
6. Press "Continue" and then complete the payment.
7. Within 2 days you will receive the confirmation of your application on your e-mail. If after that time your application is still not approved, please contact the organizers.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
