There is a competitor limit of 200 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 100 ₽ (Russian Ruble).
If your registration is cancelled before Sunday, January 20, 2019 at 8:59 PM UTC you will be refunded 90% of your registration fee.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
You have to send your application for this competition, to pay it (please see the tab "How to pay?") and wait until your name shows up in Competitors list. If your name hasn't showed up within 3-4 days then it means there is some problem with your application. In this case please check your e-mail where is a letter from organisation team. There is written how to change your application that it will be accepted. Please keep your id document (certificate of birth, passport or driver license) with you to prove your identity.

После этого нужно отправить свою заявку на этот чемпионат (слева есть кнопка "Зарегистрироваться"), оплатить участие (смотрите вкладку "Как оплатить участие") и ожидать появления своего имени и фамилии в списке участников. Если в течение 3-4 дней Ваше имя не появляется в списке, значит что-то не так с Вашей заявкой. В таком случае проверьте свой почтовый ящик, в котором обязательно будет письмо от команды организаторов с указанием, что нужно исправить в заявке. Для того, чтобы принять участие в чемпионате, необходимо будет подтвердить свою личность. Поэтому, пожалуйста, возьмите с собой удостоверение личности (свидетельство о рождении, паспорт или водительское удостоверение) для подтверждения личности.

Стоимость участия зависит от количества дисциплин.
В случае, если участник подал заявку на WCA, но не оплатил участие, его заявка аннулируется в течение 3 дней.
1 дисциплина - 100 RUB
2-5 дисциплин - 200 RUB
6-10 дисциплин - 300 RUB
11-18 дисциплин - 400 RUB
Для оплаты понадобится банковская карта и доступ в интернет.
1. Переходим по ссылке - https://vk.cc/5ugLKN - это прямая ссылка на сервис Яндекс.Деньги.
2. В пункте "Откуда" выбираем "с банковской карты и вводим данные своей банковской карты.
3. В пункте "Куда" выбираем "Другой кошелек на Яндексе" и вводим номера кошелька 410016478804711
4. ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО ставим галочку "Добавить сообщение получателю". И в поле "Сообщение получателю" указываем имя и фамилию участника, чью заявку вы оплачиваете.
5. В поле "Сумма" указываем число в российских рублях.
6. Нажимаем кнопку "Продолжить" и автоматически переходим на страницу, где Вам нужно будет ввести код из СМС, которая придёт на Ваш номер телефона. Возможно, оплата пройдёт сразу без СМСки, это означает, что у Вас не подключена дополнительная услуга в банке. На оплату заявки это никак не влияет.
7. Ожидаем на электронном ящике подтверждение одобрения Вашей заявки. Если в течение 2 суток после оплаты Ваша заявка всё ещё не одобрена, пожалуйста, напишите главному организатору as@kuminov.org

Applications of the competitors who applied on the WCA website but didn't pay the fee will be canceled within 3 days.

In order to pay you need a bank card and Internet access.

2. In the "From" select "from the bank card and enter your bank card details.
3. In the "To" select "Another Yandex.Money Wallet" and enter this wallet number: 410016478804711
4. IMPORTANT! Make sure the checkbox "Add message to the recipient" is checked. In the "Messagge to recepient" field please put a name and surname of the participant whose application fee you are paying.
5. In the "Amount" field, specify the amount in Russian rubles.
6. Press "Continue" and then complete the payment.
7. Within 2 days you will receive a confirmation of your application on your e-mail. If after that time your application is still not approved, please contact the main organizer: as@kuminov.org

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
