与野記録会2019夏は，参加者の皆さんに自己記録更新をしていただくことを主旨とした，WCA公式大会です。
本大会では，3x3x3キューブ（早解き）は開催されません。
すべての種目は１ラウンドのみで，どなたも同じラウンド数をこなすことができます。
上位３名の表彰は行いません。(WCA記録上では個人の入賞歴が加算されます。）
本大会では3x3x3目隠し競技をメイン競技として取り扱います。The concept of this competition is encouraging you to break your current personal records.
3x3x3 CUBE (SPEEDSOLVING) IS NOT HELD.
Every event is 1 round only.
Top competitor is not awarded in a ceremony. (Podiums are officially recorded to WCA personal history).
The main event of this competition is 3x3x3 Blindfolded.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
