Antes de registrarte lee detenidamente los siguientes pasos a seguir. DEBES CUMPLIR CON TODOS.

1) Regístrate o inicia sesión en la página de la WCA.

2) Esta competencia tiene un cupo de 50 competidores, revisa si todavía hay cupo en la sección competidores.

3) Si es tu primera competencia oficial, puedes pasar al paso número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial desde 2024, ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCAID, realiza los pasos del siguiente video y una vez vinculada tu cuenta procede al registro. Si ya has competido y tu WCAID no está vinculado, tu registro no será aceptado. Anticípate.

4) El día 22 de Marzo a las 18:00 GMT-6 entra a la pestaña registrarse, selecciona tus categorías y da clic en "registrarse".

5) Revisa tu correo electrónico, incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM. Si eres de los primeros 50 competidores, recibirás un correo con la información y detalles para realizar el pago. Contarás con 48 horas para pagar tu registro. En caso que el cupo haya sido alcanzado, recibirás la información para poder agregarte a la lista de espera.

6) Una vez hayas cumplido con los pasos indicados en el correo, tu registro será aceptado.

Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro, comunícate con el equipo organizador inmediatamente mediante la página oficial del Team Jalisco o por correo cubingjalisco@gmail.com

Toma en cuenta que los registros se aprueban manualmente después del pago, por lo que es posible que tu registro no se apruebe de inmediato, pero confía en que seguimos la aprobación en el orden de llegada. Verifica que estés dentro de la lista de competidores.

Permanece atento a tu correo incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM para cualquier noticia o actualización de la competencia. Una vez que los registros estén completos los horarios podrán sufrir ajustes y actualizaciones.

CUALQUIER PAGO REALIZADO ANTES DE LA APERTURA DEL REGISTRO O SIN HABER RECIBIDO UN CORREO POR PARTE DEL EQUIPO ORGANIZADOR SERÁ CONSIDERADO COMO DONACIÓN EN SU TOTALIDAD

Before registering read carefully all of the steps to follow. YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL.

1) Sign up or sign in in the WCA website.
2) This competition has a limit for 50 competitors, check if there is still spots available in the competitors section.

3) If this is your first WCA competition, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in other WCA competitions and you already have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in WCA competition since 2024, you have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in other WCA competitions but you don't have your WCA ID connected to your account, follow the steps in this video. After having your WCA ID connected to your account, continue with the registration. If you already have competed but your WCA ID is not connected to your account, your registration won't be accepted. Anticipate.

4) On March 22 at 18:00 GMT-6 enter to the register and select your events:

5) Check your email, including SPAM. If you are the first 50 register competitor you're going to receive an email with all the information and details to complete you registration payment. You will have 48 hours to complete your paiment.

6) Once you complete all the email steps your registration are going to be accepted.

Keep in mind that the registrations are manually approved after the payment, so it is possible that your registration doesn't get approved immediately, but trust that we will keep the aprovements in the arrival order. Verify that you are on the list of competitors.

Keep an eye on your email, including the SPAM folder, for any news or updates on the competition. Once the registration is completed, the schedules can be modified or updated.

EVERY PAYMENT DONE BEFORE THE REGISTER OPENS OR WITHOUT HAVING RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE ORGANIZATION TEAM WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A DONATION.

Para llegar al Centro Cultural Constitución tenemos varias maneras accesibles y economicas de llegar, nosotros te podemos ayudar a reconocer y hacer la ruta para llegar al destino.

Desde la central de Autobuses

Saliendo de la Central Nueva, caminamos rumbo a la estación del tren por av. de las Torres

Dentro de la estación tomaremos la Linea 3 y nos bajaremos en Plaza Patria donde tomaremos otro transporte

Una vez salimos de la estación del tren cruzaremos la calle con dirección a Av. Patria

Nos bajaremos en Avenida Manuel M. Dieguez, cerca del Acuario Leo, y caminaremos hacia la Glorieta para llegar a nuestro destino.

Desde el Aeropuerto

Saliendo del Aeropuerto caminamos rumbo a la Carretera Chapala - Guadalajara, donde tomaremos el camión T13A-C01

Nos bajaremos en la parada Avenida 16 de septiembre cerca de la Fiscalía General de la República Delegación Guadalajara, donde tomaremos un segundo camión, el C33

Nos bajaremos en la Avenida Manuel M. Dieguez cerca del Expendio de Bimbo, donde caminaremos hacia la Glorieta para llegar a nuestro destino.

From the bus station

Leaving the Central Nueva, we walked towards the train station along Av. of the Towers

Inside the station we will take Line 3 and get off at Plaza Patria where we will take another transport

Once we leave the train station we will cross the street towards Av. Patria and take the C44 bus

We will get off at Avenida Manuel M. Dieguez, near the Leo Aquarium, and we will walk towards the Glorieta to arrive

From the airport

Leaving the Airport we walk towards the Chapala - Guadalajara Highway, where we will take the T13A-C01 truck

We will get off at the Avenida 16 de Septiembre stop near the Fiscalía General de la República Delegación Guadalajara, where we will take a second truck, the C33.

We will get off at Manuel M. Dieguez Avenue near the Bimbo Expendio, where we will walk towards the Glorieta to reach our destination.

INFORMACIÓN DE LA LISTA DE ESPERA:

• Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 50 competidores, aún puedes registrarte y pagar la cuota de la competencia para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
• Hasta el 25 de Abril, cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro y permitir que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.
• Después del 26 de Abril , se les eliminará de la lista de espera y todos lo competidores en ella recibirán un rembolso del 100%.
• Estar en la lista de espera no asegura de ninguna manera obtener un lugar en la competencia. Ningún competidor en lista de espera podrá participar los días de la competencia.
• Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar el reembolso del 100% de tu pago en cualquier momento por correo.

Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar tu reembolso del 100% al correo cubingjalisco@gmail.com El reembolso se realizara manualmente por lo que debes de ser paciente en lo que se realiza tu reembolso.

WAITING LIST INFORMATION:

• If the limit of 50 competitors has been reached, you can still register and pay the competition fee to secure a place on the waiting list.
