CUPO LLENO, SOLO SE ACEPTARAN PAGOS EN LISTA DE ESPERA

Antes de registrarte lee detenidamente los siguientes pasos a seguir. DEBES CUMPLIR CON TODOS.

1) Regístrate o inicia sesión en la página de la WCA.

2) Esta competencia tiene un cupo de 85 competidores, revisa si todavía hay cupo en la sección competidores.

3) Si es tu primera competencia oficial, puedes pasar al paso número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial desde 2022, ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCAid, realiza los pasos del siguiente video y una vez vinculada tu cuenta procede al registro. Si ya has competido y tu WCAid no está vinculado, tu registro no será aceptado. Anticípate.

4) El día 28 de abril a las 8.00 P. M. CDT entra a la pestaña registro, selecciona tus categorías y da clic en "registrarse".

5) Revisa tu correo electrónico, incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM. Si eres de los primeros 85 competidores, recibirás un correo con la información y detalles para realizar el pago. Contarás con 48 horas para pagar tu registro. En caso que el cupo haya sido alcanzado, recibirás la información para poder agregarte a la lista de espera.

6) Una vez hayas cumplido con los pasos indicados en el correo, tu registro será aceptado.

Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro, comunícate con el equipo organizador inmediatamente mediante la página oficial del Puebla Rubik's Team o por correo.

Toma en cuenta que los registros se aprueban manualmente después del pago, por lo que es posible que tu registro no se apruebe de inmediato, pero confía en que seguimos la aprobación en el orden de llegada. Verifica que estés dentro de la lista de competidores.

Permanece atento a tu correo incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM para cualquier noticia o actualización de la competencia. Una vez que los registros estén completos los horarios podrán sufrir ajustes y actualizaciones.

CUALQUIER PAGO REALIZADO ANTES DE LA APERTURA DEL REGISTRO O SIN HABER RECIBIDO UN CORREO POR PARTE DEL EQUIPO ORGANIZADOR SERÁ CONSIDERADO COMO DONACIÓN EN SU TOTALIDAD

Before registering read carefully all of the steps to follow. YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL.

1) Sign up or sign in in the WCA website.
2) This competition has a quota for 85 competitors, check if there is still spots available in the competitors section.

3) If this is your first WCA competition, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in other WCA competitions and you already have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in WCA competition since 202, you have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in other WCA competitions but you don't have your WCA ID connected to your account, follow the steps in this video. After having your WCA ID connected to your account, continue with the registration. If you already have competed but your WCA ID is not connected to your account, your registration won't be accepted. Anticipate.

4) On April 28 at 8:00 PM CDT enter to the register and select your events:

5) Check your email, including SPAM. If you are the first 85 register competitor you're going to receive an email with all the information and details to complete you registration payment. You will have 48 hours to complete your paiment.

6) Once you complete all the email steps your registration are going to be accepted.

If you have any doubts or problems with your registration, communicate with the team organizer immediately vial Puebla Rubik's Team FanPage or by email.

Keep in mind that the registrations are manually approved after the payment, so it is possible that your registration doesn't get approved immediately, but trust that we will keep the aprovements in the arrival order. Verify that you are on the list of competitors.

Keep an eye on your email, including the SPAM folder, for any news or updates on the competition. Once the registration is completed, the schedules can be modified or updated.

Desde la CAPU
Opción 1 : Metrobus

• Dentro de la misma CAPU pasa la linea 3 del RUTA, solo tienes que salir de la estructura techada para ir a la terminal del RUTA. La linea 3 es la única que pasa en la CAPU, así que toma cualquiera llegue a la términal.

• Sube al metrobus en esa misma terminal (CAPU ) y bajate hasta la terminal Clinica 2, es un recorrido de aprox 40min. Sabras que llegaste a la estación porque enfrente hay un cinepolis.
  

• Saliendo de la términal, camina hacia el cinepolis y camina a la esquina de la calle 11 oriente y 4 sur, 2 minutos de caminar.
  

• Estado ahi toma la combi 45, recorrido de aproximadamente 40 minutos ($8.00 pesos por persona) y dile al chofer que te baje en el hotel La Quinta
  
  

• Llegando a la Quinta, solo camina en dirección a la preparatoria.
  

Opción 2: Taxi
* Si quieres llegar a la sede en Taxi, te recomendamos pagar uno del sitio de la CAPU, pedir un Uber en la CAPU es complicado.
* Di que vas a la Prepa 2 de octubre de la BUAP y que te deje en la entrada principal.
* En caso de que pidas un Uber, asegurate que te deje sobre Av. Zeta del Cochero.

Al llegar a la preparatoria
Cuando llegues comentale a los de seguridad que vas al torneo de rubik y caminas hacia la cancha techada.

Option 1: Metrobus

En respuesta a las recomendaciones de Protección Civil y del gobierno del estado de Puebla en relación a la actividad volcánica del Popocatepetl, la competencia prevista para el sábado 26 y domingo 28 de mayo, tendrá que reagendarse.

Debido a que la competencia se tuvo que reprogramar en una fecha tan cercana a su celebración y que todos los gastos de la competencia ya habían sido realizados; el equipo organizador se encuentra incapacitado para cualquier tipo de reembolso.

Aún así, ¡no todo está perdido! Se reagendó la competencia y la celebraremos el 3 y 4 de junio. Lamentamos todas las inconveniencias que esto puede provocarte pero es nuestro principal objetivo celebrar una competencia segura y divertida para todos. Esperamos contar contigo.

FAQ

a)¿Cuándo será el torneo?
La nueva fecha del torneo es el 3 y 4 de junio.

b)¿Hay cambios en la sede/horarios/categorías del torneo?
No, la sede, horarios y categorías se mantienen tal cual está en la web del torneo.

c)Si cancelo, ¿podré pedir reembolso?
No, lamentamos no podemos dar reembolso ya que al ser tan cerca la fecha del torneo ya se habían comprado todos los insumos necesarios para la organización.
Aún así notificar tu cancelación de inscripción por inasistencia antes del viernes sería de mucha ayuda, ya que podremos reorganizar nuestros horarios y asignaciónes de staff. Además te podemos enviar tu kit de competidor con algún amigo tuyo que asista a la competencia y pase a recogerlo.

d)Si cancelé previamente mi registro, ¿se puede aceptar mi registro nuevamente?
No, al dar de baja tu registro tu lugar fue dado a otro competidor de la lista de espera, en caso de que desees asistir, te pondremos hasta el final de la lista de espera.

e)¿Es seguro ir a Puebla a pesar de la situación del volcán?
Según la información del Cenapred y Protección Civil del estado seguimos en una situación de prevención mas no de alarma, por lo cual es seguro asistir siguiendo las indicaciones de Protección Civil correspondientes.

f)¿Cuáles son las indicaciones de Protección Civil?
Las recomendaciones actuales de Protección Civil son:
* Usar cubrebocas si estás al aire libre.
* No usar pupilentes o lentes de contacto, en su caso usa lentes de armazón.
* Si tus ojos son sensibles, usa gafas protectoras.
* Si padeces alguna enfermedad respiratoria, lo mejor es quedarse en casa.
Estas recomendaciones están en relación al nivel de alerta y desarrollo de la situación volcánica.

g)¿Cómo está la situación actual de la ceniza?
Al día de hoy, 24 de mayo, la caída de ceniza ha reducido drásticamente en la zona metropolitana del estado de Puebla y las lluvias recientes han mejorado mucho la calidad del aire.

h)¿La sede es al aire libre?
No, es una cancha techada con aberturas para la circulación del aire. Todas las actividades culturales y deportivas ya están autorizadas por Proteccion Civil, el gobierno y la entidad educativa en este recinto.

According to the recommendations of civil protection and the state of Puebla Government in relation to the volcanic activity of Popocatepetl, the competition for Saturday May 26th and Sunday May 28th must to be rescheduled.

Because the competition had to be rescheduled close to its celebration and all the expenses of the competition had already been expended; the organizing team is unable to make any kind of refund.

But it is not all lost! The competition has been rescheduled and we will celebrate it on June 3rd and 4th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but it is our main goal to have a safe and fun competition for everyone. We hope to have you.

a)When will the competition take place?
The new date is on June 3rd and 4th.

b)Are there any changes in the venue/schedule/events for the competition?
No, the venue, schedule and categories remain the same as is detailed on the WCA website.

c)If I decide to cancel my register, can I request a refund?
No, we can’t provide a refund because all the supplies for the competition have already been purchased and due to the proximity of the tournament date we can’t return your money. However, we can send you your competitor kit with a friend.

d)If I previously canceled my registration, can my registration be accepted again?
No, when you cancel your registration your place was given to another competitor on the waiting list, in case you want to attend, we will put you until the end of the waiting list.

e)Is it safe to go to Puebla despite the volcano activity?
According to information from Cenapred and the Civil Protection, we are still in a state of prevention and NOT alarm, so it is safe as long as you follow the corresponding Civil Protection guidelines.

f)What are the civil protection guidelines?
* Wear a face mask when you are outdoors.
* Do not wear contact lenses; instead, use normal glasses
* If your eyes are sensitive, use protective goggles.
* If you have a respiratory illness, it is better to stay at home.

g)What is the current situation about ashfall?
Today May 24th, the ashfall has drastically reduced in Puebla capital, and the recent rains have improved air quality.

h)Is the venue outdoor?
No, it is a covered basketball gym with openings for air circulation. All cultural and sports activities are already authorized by Civil Protection, the government and the educational administrators in this venue.
