Information

Make sure to be available at the venue at least 15 minutes before your event starts. Late entries won't be allowed to participate.
Attend the tutorial session if you're new to WCA competitions or unfamiliar with its rules.
Bring a government ID card for verification if it's your first time participating in a WCA competition.
Participants are expected to volunteer and will be assigned with roles as judges, scramblers, or runners, with the exception of newcomers.

Below are few options for accomodation, close to the venue. (We are not affiliated with them in any way)

There are restaurants and cafes close to the venue where participants can avail food.
Participants can also use Swiggy/Zomato to order food online, however eating inside the premises of the venue is not allowed.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
