- Make sure to be available at the venue at least 15 minutes before your event starts. Late entries won't be allowed to participate.
- Attend the tutorial session if you're new to WCA competitions or unfamiliar with its rules.
- Bring a government ID card for verification if it's your first time participating in a WCA competition.
- Participants are expected to volunteer and will be assigned with roles as judges, scramblers, or runners, with the exception of newcomers.

There is a competitor limit of 100 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹600 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 3:30 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 3:30 AM UTC by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

Notes:
1. It is mandatory to pay the registration fees AND register on WCA to complete the full registration process.
2. Wait for upto 48 hours to get your registration confirmed after payment has been done.
