Hessen Open 2023 ist eine Zwei-Tages-Competition und Partner-Competition von Hessen Mini Open 2023, die am gleichen Wochenende stattfinden wird. Bitte beachte, dass du nur an einem der beiden Wettbewerbe teilnehmen kannst. Wenn du dich für beide Wettbewerbe anmeldest, so zählt nur die erste Anmeldung und wir werden die zweite (spätere) Anmeldung unverzüglich löschen.

Hessen Open 2023 is open to every citizen from every nation. Hessen Open 2023 is a two-day competition and series competition to Hessen Mini Open 2023, which will be held at the same weekend. Please note that you can only compete in one of the two competitions. If you register for both competitions, only the first registration will be valid and we will immediately delete the second (later) registration.

Hessen Mini Open 2023

Note: You can submit a registration for all competitions in a Series, but only one of those registrations can be confirmed and accepted. You will only be allowed to compete in one of the Series competitions!
There is a competitor limit of 90 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €5 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 6:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Sunday, May 14, 2023 at 6:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 6:00 PM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

Wir können Anmeldungen nicht bestätigen, wenn wir nicht eindeutig eine Zahlung zuordnen können.
Ohne Zahlung ist die Anmeldung nicht vollständig und wird nicht bestätigt. Falls du keinen Zugang zu PayPal besitzt, kontaktiere bitte die Organisatoren.

Wenn das Teilnehmerlimit bereits erreicht wurde, erhältst du nach erfolgter Zahlung einen Platz auf der Warteliste (ohne Zahlung wird deine Anmeldung auch für die Warteliste nicht berücksichtigt). Danach wirst du per E-Mail informiert, sobald ein Platz für dich frei werden sollte. Falls du keinen freien Teilnehmerplatz mehr erlangen solltest, wird die Anmeldegebühr selbstverständlich erstattet.

3) Payment (5€ per competitior) via PayPal using this link. Please do not activate the optional buyer protection as this will be deducted as a fee from the amount you pay. Please enter the name of the competitor you pay for in the final step of the payment procedure. We cannot accept registrations if we cannot assign the payment.
The registration is not completed and will not be confirmed until the money is paid. If you have no access to PayPal, please contact the organization team.

If you have registered after the competitor limit has been reached, you will receive a spot on the waiting list (without completed payment, your registration will not be added to the waiting list). You will be notified via E-Mail once a spot for you frees up. If you don't obtain a free spot until registration closes, you will get a full refund of your registration fees.
