Valjanje registracije će biti prihvaćene onim redom kojim su i zaprimljene.

Ukoliko nemate važeću EU COVID potvrdu, ne možete pristupiti prostorima natjecanja zbog pravila stožera civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske o javnim okupljanjima. MORATE posjedovati EU COVID potvrdu kako biste se mogli natjecati na ovom natjecanju. Provjerite COVID dio na stranici za više informacija.

Ukoliko vaša registracija čeka na potvrdu, nemojte plaćati kotizaciju jer se nalazite na listi čekanja i nije zagarantirano da će registracija biti prihvaćena. Kotizacija se plaća tek nakon što dobijete mail u kojem piše da je registracija prihvaćena.

Registracija se smatra potpunom nakon što je izvršeno sljedeće:
1. nakon što se ispuni registracijska forma na WCA stranici (dobit ćete mail da je registracija primljena i čeka potvrdu - u ovom stadiju još ne plaćate kotizaciju),
2. nakon što je Vaša registracija privhaćena (dobit ćete mail da je registracija prihvaćena - tek sada plaćate kotizaciju i to unutar 3 radna dana od primitka ovog maila),
3. nakon što se puni iznos kotizacije sjedne na žiro račun Udruge Speedcubing Hrvatska.

Kotizacija za ovo natjecanje iznosi 150 HRK (hrvatska kuna).

Registracije se otvaraju 27. veljače 2022. u 12:00h, a zadnji rok za registraciju i promjene za "Osijek Open 2022" je: 13. ožujak 2022. u 23.59h (UTC)

Povrat novca je moguć u punom iznosu do datuma 13. ožujka 2022. u 23:59 po UTC vremenskoj zoni ili u slučaju otkazivanja natjecanja. Osobama koje su izvršile uplatu u eurima, vraćen iznos će biti nešto manji zbog troškova transakcije.
Povrat novca nije moguć nakon 13. ožujka 2022. u 23:59h.

Zbog mnogih upita kako platiti kotizaciju u kunama ako plaćate van Hrvatske, ovim putem preporučamo korištenje servisa Wise (poznat prije kao TransferWise). Preko njega, možete odabrati da nama sjedne u kunama, a Vama se isti taj iznos u valuti po izboru skida s računa. Ne zaboravite u njemu navesti referencu - vaše ime i prezime i ime natjecanja!

Nakon uspješne registracije putem WCA računa, Vaša registracija će se nalaziti na listi čekanja dok ne dobijete mail potvrde da je registracija prihvaćena. U roku od 3 radna dana nakon maila potvrde, potrebno je izvršiti plaćanje kotizacije. Ukoliko ne zaprimimo Vašu potvrdu plaćanja u roku od 3 radna dana, registracija se briše i slijedeći na listi čekanja dobiva priliku za natjecanje. Ukoliko se nalazite na listi čekanja NEMOJTE plaćati kotizaciju dok ne prihvatimo Vašu registraciju!

Molimo da čim obavite plaćanje, pošaljete PDF dokument koji sadrži potvrdu i opis plaćanja na e-mail kontakt@speedcubinghrvatska.hr. Ako nakon poslane potvrde uplata nije vidljiva na računu, kontaktirat ćemo Vas da sa svojom bankom provjerite status transfera. Ukoliko i nakon toga uplata ne bude vidljiva, Vaša registracija će biti obrisana.

U ovom slučaju, morate kreirati novi WCA račun na stranici i ispuniti sve potrebne podatke (ime i prezime, datum rođenja, spol i država) i potvrditi svoju e-mail adresu. Nakon što je Vaš račun potvrđen, možete se registrirati za natjecanje!

1.2. Bio/la sam na WCA natjecanju, no nemam WCA račun.
Pratite korak 1.1., ali za zadnji korak spojite svoj WCA ID sa svojim računom. Kada je Vaš WCA ID spojen s Vašim WCA računom, možete se registrirati za natjecanje! Uzmite u obzir: WCA računi bez WCA ID-a se ne mogu registrirati!

2. Imam WCA račun.
2.1. WCA ID mi nije još povezan.
Prijavite se u Vaš račun i zatražite spajanje WCA ID-a s Vašim računom preko svog najbližeg Delegata. Kada je Vaš WCA ID spojen s Vašim WCA računom, možete se registrirati za natjecanje! Uzmite u obzir: WCA računi bez WCA ID-a se ne mogu registrirati!

2.2. Već imam WCA račun i povezan mi je s WCA ID-om.
Jednostavno se prijavite i registrirajte!

Napomena: dodajte ime jednog gosta u komentar registracije zbog evidencije prisutnih ljudi na natjecanju u cilju sprječavanja širenja COVID-19.

Valid registrations will be accepted in the order they were received.

If you don't posses EU COVID Pass, you are not permitted to enter the venue due to Croatia's COVID-19 measures for public gatherings. You MUST posses EU COVID Pass to compete at this competition. Check COVID tab for more information.

If your registration is pending for approval, do not pay the registration fee because you are still on the waiting list and it's not guaranteed that the registration will be accepted. Registration fee should be payed only after you recieve the e-mail that says that your registration is accepted.

Registration is considered valid upon completing the following:
1. after filling out the registration form on the WCA site (you will recieve and e-mail that says that your registration is recieved and awaits for acceptance - at this point you should not pay the registration fee),
2. after your registration is accepted (you will recieve an e-mail that says that your registration is accepted - you should pay the registration fee at this point within the 3 business days upon receiving this e-mail),
3. after the full registration fee amount is payed and visible on the Speedcubing Hrvatska bank account.

The registration fee for this competition is 150 HRK (Croatian Kuna).

Registrations are opened from 27th of February 2022. at 12:00h and the deadline for registration and changes for “Osijek Open 2022” is: 13th of March, 2022 23:59h (UTC)

Refund is possible in full amount until the 13th of March, 2022 23:59 UTC or in the case of competition cancelation. Competitors who made their payement in Euros, the refund will be slightly less due to transaction fees.
Refund is not possible after 13th of March, 2022, 23:59h.

As we had many inquiries on how to pay the fee if you live outside Croatia, we are recommending using a service called Wise (known before asTransferWise). With Wise, you can pay in any currency they support and you can pick that the recipient recieves different currency. You can chose that we receive exactly 150 HRK and Wise will convert that in any currency which you have picked. Do not forget to add the reference with your name and surname and the name of the competition!

After successful registration with WCA account, your registration will be on the waiting list until you recieve a confirmation e-mail that says that your registration is accepted. You must pay the registration fee within 3 business days after the confirmation e-mail. if we do not receive your payment confirmation within 3 business days, the registration is deleted and the next competitor on the waiting list gets the opportunity to compete. In case you find yourself on the waiting list, DO NOT pay the registration fee until we accept your registration!

Please send a PDF document containing the description and proof of the payment to e-mail kontakt@speedcubinghrvatska.hr as soon as you make the payment. If we do not receive the money on the bank account after you sent the confirmation, we will contact you to check the transfer status with your bank. If we still do not receive the money, your registration will be deleted.

COVID-19 Pravila

Ukoliko nemate važeću EU COVID potvrdu, ne možete pristupiti prostorima natjecanja zbog pravila stožera civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske o javnim okupljanjima. MORATE posjedovati EU COVID potvrdu kako biste se mogli natjecati na ovom natjecanju.

Ove sigurnosne mjere biti će na snazi za vrijeme natjecanja:

1. Natjecatelji i gosti su OBAVEZNI posjedovati EU COVID potvrdu kako bi mogli pristupiti natjecanju. Osobi koja nema EU COVID potvrdu neće biti dopušteno ući u prostore natjecanja. Djeca mlađa od 12 godina nisu obavezna posjedovati EU COVID potvrdu, ali moraju biti u pratnji roditelja/skrbnika koji je obavezan posjedovati EU COVID potvrdu. Natjecatelji i gosti koji dolaze na natjecanje iz država koje nisu članice EU odgovorni su pobrinuti se da svoje postojeće COVID potvrde konvertiraju u EU COVID potvrde. Ukoliko to nisu u mogućnosti napraviti, nažalost neće moći pristupiti natjecanju. Preporučamo da svi koji planiraju doći na natjecanje skeniraju svoje potvrde pomoću aplikacije CovidGO Android (Trgovina Play) / CovidGO iOS (App Store). Ukoliko aplikacija ne prihvati vašu COVID potvrdu, to znači da ju neće prihvatiti niti organizatori natjecanja.
2. Natjecatelji mogu povesti samo jednog gosta.
3. Natjecatelj NE SMIJE doći na ovo natjecanje ako ima bilo koje COVID-19 simptome ili ako je bio u kontaktu s osobom koja je pozitivna na COVID-19.
4. Natjecatelji MORAJU nositi zaštitnu masku za lice pravilno (da prekriva nos i usta) tijekom cijelog natjecanja. Jedina iznimka bit će tijekom ručka.
5. Dezinfekcijska sredstva biti će dostupna na nekoliko mjesta u dvorani.
6. Preporučeno je da natjecatelj na natjecanje donese svoju kemijsku olovku.
7. Nakon što je natjecatelj završio sa slaganjem, sudac će dezinficirati stanicu s dezinfekcijskom maramicom.
8. Nakon svakog pokušaja, umjesto da sudac stavi slagalicu u posudu, natjecatelj će biti zamoljen da to sam učini na kraju svojeg pokušaja.

Natjecatelji koji se ne drže ovih pravila mogu biti diskvalificirani s natjecanja, prema procjeni WCA Delegata.

Za vrijeme pandemije COVID-19 na snazi su posebne restrikcije za putovanje u Hrvatsku i iz Hrvatske. Različita pravila vrijede za različite zemlje iz kojih natjecatelji dolaze te su pravila podložna promjenama u kratkom vremenu ovisno o stanju pandemije u Hrvatskoj i svijetu. Stoga vam preporučamo nekoliko stranica na kojima možete dobiti točne i ažurne informacije o zahtjevima koje morate ispuniti kako biste mogli ući u Hrvatsku.

Molimo vas da pažljivo čitate i pratite upute za ulazak i kretanje u Hrvatskoj. Otkazivanje vaše registracije nakon završetka roka za registraciju u slučaju nepovoljnih uvjeta za ulazak u Hrvatsku neće biti moguće.

COVID-19 Rules

If you don't posses EU COVID Pass, you are not permitted to enter the venue due to Croatia's COVID-19 measures for public gatherings. You MUST posses EU COVID Pass to compete at this competition.

These safety measures will be in place during this competition:

1. Competitors and guests are OBLIGATED to possess EU COVID pass to participate in the competition. Person that doesn’t possess EU COVID pass will not be permitted into the venue. Children under the age of 12 are not obligated to own EU COVID pass, but they must be escorted by parent/guardian that does own an EU COVID pass. Competitors and guests that are arriving to the competition from the countries that are not part of the EU, are responsible for converting their original COVID pass into the EU COVID pass. If they are not able to do so, unfortunately, they will not be permitted to participate in the competition. Our recommendation to everyone who plans to attend this competition is to scan their COVID pass using the app CovidGO Android (Google Play) / CovidGO iOS (App Store). If the app does not recognize your COVID pass, organizers of the competition will not accept it neither.
2. Competitors can bring only one guest.
3. A Competitor MUST NOT attend this competition if he has any COVID-19 symptoms or if he has been in contact with someone that is COVID-19 positive.
4. Competitors MUST wear a face mask correctly (over nose and mouth) during the entire competition. The only exception will be during lunch break.
5. Hand sanitizers will be available throughout the venue.
6. It is recommended that the competitor brings his own pen to the competition.
7. After the competitor is finished with solving the judge will disinfect the station with a disinfection wipe.
8. After every attempt, rather than the judge putting the puzzle in the cover, the competitor is asked to put the cube into the cover at the end of the attempt.

Competitors that don't follow these rules may be disqualified from the competition, at the discretion of the WCA Delegate.

During the COVID-19 pandemic there are special restrictions on travel to Croatia and out of Croatia. Different rules apply to different countries from which the competitors come from and those rules are subject to change in a short period of time depending on the state of the pandemic in Croatia and the world. Because of that, we recommend you a few sites on which you can get valid and updated informations on the requirements you need to meet to enter Croatia.

Please carefully read and follow these sites for entering and moving in Croatia. Canceling your registration after the registration deadline in the case of unfavorable restrictions for entering Croatia will not be possible.
