Thí sinh cần kiểm tra tài khoản email thường xuyên để không bỏ lỡ các thông báo của ban tổ chức.

Các thí sinh lần đầu tham dự một giải đấu WCA cần mang giấy tờ tùy thân khi check-in vào địa điểm thi đấu để hoàn thành thủ tục đăng ký. Ban tổ chức sẽ có một buổi hướng dẫn cho các thí sinh mới trước khi giải đấu bắt đầu.

Toàn bộ thí sinh cần nắm rõ các Quy định WCA trước khi tham dự giải đấu. Để nắm rõ các phần cơ bản về bản Quy định và các quy trình thi đấu, các bạn có thể xem video này của CubeHead. Thí sinh cũng nên đọc các bản Hướng dẫn thi đấu và Hướng dẫn trọng tài.

Toàn bộ các thí sinh đều có nhiệm vụ phải lên làm trọng tài (judge) hoặc người tráo đề (scrambler) nếu được gọi tên. Ban tổ chức có quyền truất quyền thi đấu của thí sinh nếu thí sinh không thực hiện nhiệm vụ mà không có lý do chính đáng.

Thí sinh nên đến hội trường ít nhất 1 tiếng trước khi nội dung thi đấu bắt đầu, đề phòng trường hợp lịch trình thay đổi. Ban tổ chức sẽ truất quyền thi đấu của thí sinh nếu thí sinh không có mặt khi được gọi tên.

Trước giải đấu, mỗi thí sinh sẽ nhận được một email, trong đó có bao gồm các thông tin quan trọng về giải đấu, và link dẫn đến trang web competitiongroups.com. Thí sinh bấm vào đường link này và bấm vào tên của mình, trong đó sẽ có thông tin về nhóm thi như ví dụ sau:

Đối với thí sinh thi Giải bịt mắt Nhiều 3x3x3: Các thí sinh khi nộp Rubik được phép giữ lại 3 khối Rubik nếu tham dự thi nội dung Giải tối ưu 3x3x3, nhưng phải nộp lại ngay lập tức sau khi vòng thi kết thúc nếu thi Giải bịt mắt Nhiều 3x3x3 bằng các Rubik này.

Competitors should check their emails regularly so as to not miss announcements made by the organizing team.

First-time competitors are required to present personal documents (National Identification card/Passport) at the check-in desk at their first competition to verify their identity. A New Competitor Tutorial will be provided before the competition starts.

All competitors must be familiar with the WCA Regulations before the competition. An overview of the Regulations as well as competition procedures can be found in this video by CubeHead. Competitors are also encouraged to read the Competitor Tutorial as well as the Judging Tutorial.

Every competitor is obligated to serve as a judge or scrambler when called. The organization team reserves the right to disqualify a competitor who fails to serve without a valid reason.

Competitors should be present at the venue at least 1 hour before the scheduled start of their event to accommodate any scheduling changes. The organization team reserves the right to disqualify competitors who are not present when called to compete.

Before the competition, all competitors will receive an email containing important information about the competition, as well as a link to the competition's page on competitiongroups.com. Competitors are advised to access this link and click on their name to find their group assignments, as illustrated in the example above.

For 3x3x3 Multi-Blind competitors: Competitors are allowed to retain 3 cubes for Fewest Moves (if applicable) during cube submission, but these cubes must be submitted as soon as the Fewest Moves round ends if they are to be used for the attempt.

Điều kiện tham dự thi Giải bịt mắt 4x4x4 và Giải bịt mắt 5x5x5

Các thí sinh tham dự các nội dung Giải bịt mắt 4x4x4 và Giải bịt mắt 5x5x5 phải đạt điều kiện sau:
* Thí sinh phải có ít nhất một lượt Giải bịt mắt 3x3x3 thành công.
* Kết quả Giải bịt mắt 3x3x3 tốt nhất của thí sinh đạt Top 20 trong số các thí sinh đã đăng ký thi nội dung tương ứng.
Các thí sinh không đạt những điều kiện này sẽ không được tham dự thi các nội dung tương ứng và sẽ được hoàn 100% lệ phí các môn này (nếu đã nộp).

Điều kiện vòng chung kết

Số thí sinh tham dự các vòng chung kết có thể tăng so với dự kiến để đảm bảo một số lượng thí sinh nhất định có quốc tịch Việt Nam vào vòng chung kết, hoặc có 24 thí sinh vào vòng chung kết, tùy theo số lượng ít hơn.

Qualification criteria for 4x4x4 Blindfolded and 5x5x5 Blindfolded

Competitors in 4x4x4 Blindfolded and 5x5x5 Blindfolded must meet the following qualification criteria:
* The competitor must have at least one successful 3x3x3 Blindfolded result.
* The competitor's best 3x3x3 Blindfolded result must be within the Top 20 of all registered competitors of the respective event.
Competitors who fail to meet these criteria will not be allowed to compete in the respective event and will receive a full refund of any event fees for the events (if already paid).

Finals advancement criteria

The number of competitors advancing to finals may increase to ensure that the following number of Vietnamese competitors proceed to the finals, or 24 finalists, whichever is lower.

Bảng lệ phí thi ở dưới đây. Tổng lệ phí thí sinh cần nộp tương đương với số nội dung mà thí sinh đăng ký, tùy theo thời gian mà thí sinh hoàn thành đơn đăng ký (đã đăng ký trên website và nộp lệ phí đầy đủ), tính theo giờ Việt Nam. Các mức phí dưới đây tính theo VND.

Giấy chứng nhận thi đấu sẽ được gửi cho thí sinh dưới dạng file PDF. Nếu thí sinh muốn đăng ký nhận giấy chứng nhận bản cứng, xin vui lòng nộp thêm phụ phí là 20,000 VND, và thí sinh cần ghi chú trong phần "Bình luận" ở đơn đăng ký.

*Ví dụ: Bạn H đăng ký các môn 3x3x3, Skewb và Megaminx, có nhận giấy chứng nhận, và nộp tiền vào khoảng Đăng ký sớm. Tổng lệ phí của bạn H là 250,000 + 20,000 = 270,000 VND.

Lệ phí được thanh toán qua số tài khoản: NGUYEN HAI DUONG/19050200665013 (Techcombank), qua Paypal: haiduongnguyen32@gmail.com, hoặc qua Alipay tại mã QR ở cuối trang này.

Fee rates are listed below. The final fee amount is based on the number of events the competitor has registered for and on when the registration was completed (both registered on the website and paid for) in GMT+7. All amounts below are in VND.

Participation certificates will be emailed to competitors as a PDF file. If you wish to receive a printed certificate, please pay a surcharge of 20,000 VND and specify in the "Comments" section of your registration.

Example: Mr. H registers for 3x3x3, Skewb and Megaminx, requests a printed certificate, and completes his registration during Early Entry. Mr. H's final fee amount is 250,000 + 20,000 = 270,000 VND.
