There is a competitor limit of 600 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is R450 (South African Rand).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Please note that there are THREE steps you need to take to be entered into this competition:
1) The competitor must create a WCA account if they do not already have one (or their parent/guardian must create one for them).
2) The competitor must register for the competition using their WCA account, specifying which events they want to participate in.
3) The competitor must pay the entry fee by buying the appropriate ticket on Quicket.Please note the following:
* if you haven't both registered for the competition (Step 2) and paid for a ticket (Step 3), you will not be able to compete.
* if you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Sunday, September 25 2022, 00:00 UTC by contacting the organization team.
* No on the spot registrations will be accepted.TICKETS AND PRICES
In order to compete, a competitor must pay the registration fees specified below by purchasing the appropriate ticket on Quicket. If there are no events a competitor is taking part in on the Friday, they may purchase only the "Main Events" pass.
Included in each competitor ticket are two free spectator passes for the weekend. Additional spectator passes can be purchased at the door or online, at the following prices:
Competitor Tickets:
* Friday - Sunday Ticket, including 2 spectator passes: R 600
* Main Events, including 2 spectator passes: R 450Guests:
* Adult (18+) Weekend Spectator Pass: R 150
* Child (9 - 17) Weekend Spectator Pass: R 90
* Day Visit Spectator Pass (all ages): R 50
* All children under 8 years of age enter free of charge.Refunds and terms:
If your registration is cancelled before Sunday, 25th September, 2022, 00:00 UTC you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.No refunds will be offered after the cut off date has been reached.
